The property is clean and quiet, but is not what it used to be, unfortunately. It's restaurant closed, so you have to go to the other establishments. We had to ask every time for a room cleaning because no one came to clean the room (they did when we called), and the gym is something shared with the entire complex and they have to give you a special key to walk over and get in. Not really a typical hotel ā€œand spa.ā€ Even had extra ā€œresort feesā€ added at the hotel. Not a resort.

Excellent location just make sure you ask if thereā€™s any weddings going on on the night of your stay! Super noisy and crowded parking Is limited and your view will be the top of a wedding tent with 300 people in it

Such a nice hotel but room was low grade. The toilet in our room was non accessible for a few hours. The water will not go down. They tried to fix it but remained the same. The bed was uncomfortable. We were never offered an upgrade. For the hotel being VIP access, I didnā€™t feel VIP.

Requested a late check out and even though there were so many rooms they were only able to extend to 12 but worse was that at 9:30 we were woken up with heavy machinery right outside the room. It was horrible. then at 11 they send letters saying we have construction even though we were told that there is no events. At night there was a whole party in the lobby and were very loud at 1 am which went on for a few hours

I loved this property. The hotel is in such a beautiful location right on the lake the hotel graciously upgraded my room to add the beautiful balcony on the lake. The food options were wonderful including the Italian meal breakfast items. I just felt very comfortable and well taken care of. excellent staff.

This is the most welcoming, beautiful hotel. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable. I made two Expedia reservations because I needed to add an extra day. They were so accommodating and made sure that I was able to stand the same room despite being a very busy weekend at the hotel. The restaurants are wonderful at the Lakeside the fire pit everything makes this wonderful place, but most importantly, the people who work at this hotel and spa are incredible
