Very nice house of 170m2 ground floor located in a dead calm, 3 kms from the gates of La Rochelle.
Local shops (bakery, butchers and shopping center).
10 minutes by bike from the city center and the port of La Rochelle by bike paths.
A 10 minutes drive from the bridge of the island of RĆ©.

House of full foot in the RĆ©tais style located in a dead end, a few minutes from the city center of La Rochelle and the old port. You can enjoy the beaches and the Ile de RĆ© just a few minutes by car.
The large house is equipped with a swimming pool heated to 28 Ā° and a jacuzzi you will spend a peaceful stay in a very quiet area. A master suite with its own bathroom and toilet, in the other wing 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with toilet.

Garden equipped with a huge terrace, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, 4 deckchairs, garden furniture and a large round table. 1 living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 toilets. The house is distributed in 2 with one side a suite of 45 m2 with private bathroom, a dressing room and the other side a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms.

I will greet you personally and I will be available by phone if needed ... Attention, our little cat very docile lives in our garden, it will just think to feed him kibble is at his disposal.

DECEPTION
Nous avons sĆ©journĆ© une semaine Ć  4 personnes du 16 au 24 juillet dernier et n'avons pas Ć©tĆ© satisfait de notre sĆ©jour: Il s'agit d'une jolie maison dans laquelle il a Ć©tĆ© fait des amĆ©nagements de qualitĆ©. Malheureusement son etat d'entretien (propretĆ© des exterieurs en particulier: Encadrements des fenetres et volets dans un tel Ć©tat que j'au du les nettoyer avant d'oser m'en servir, canapĆ© exterieur squattĆ© par la chatte et donc plein de poils ainsi que nos draps de bains sur transat si on les laisse sans surveillance, barbecue que nous n'avons pas osĆ© utilisĆ© vu son etat, jardiniĆØres avec bambous morts,... Couettes fournies tachĆ©es: si nous en avions eut besoin nous aurions Ć©tĆ© en acheter,...) l'amĆ©nagement mobilier (trĆØs belle et grande chambre parentale, mais les 2 autres chambres sont les petites pauvres : pas de penderie, dans celle Ć  grand lit pas de table de chevet et donc pas de lampe de chevet, il faut se relever pour Ć©teindre la lumiĆØre, pas de chaise: ou poser ses vetements quand il n'y a pas de penderie? . Au salon :1 canapĆ© et un siĆØge, donc pas possible de s'installer Ć  4 personnes), matĆ©riel pour la table insuffisant ( grande poele incompatible avec la plaque induction, pas de ramequins, coupelles pour condiments / apĆ©ritifs, pas de thĆ©iĆØre, etc...) Tous ces inconvĆ©nients, et je ne liste pas tout dans ce message, nous ont agacĆ© et ont rendu notre sĆ©jour dĆ©sagrĆ©able. Cela est Ć  nos yeux inadmissible dans une location qui se veut qualitative. Le minimum Ć©tant la propretĆ©. Je prĆ©cise cependant que nos petits enfants se sont bien amusĆ© dans la piscine, le jacuzzi et avec le ping-pong. En conclusion, vacances gachĆØes pour mon mari et moi-meme et nous ne conseillons pas cette location.

Excellent sĆ©jour en famille dans cette maison trĆØs confortable, trĆØs joliment amĆ©nagĆ©e, au calme. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plaisir en retour de balades , toute la famille y trouve son compte entre baignade, farniente, ping pong ... bref nous avons bien dĆ©connectĆ© et en prime l'ambiance festive du village pour la victoire du stade Rochelais. Une trĆØs bonne adresse. Qq grands mugs pour les buveurs de thĆ© Ć  ajouter Ć  la vaisselle et ce sera parfait.

Nous avons passĆ© une excellente semaine . Nous avons eu un trĆØs bon accueil avec des petits cadeaux qui nous attendaient A notre arrivĆ©e et des propriĆ©taires trĆØs Ć  l Ć©coute et rĆ©actifs tout au long de notre sĆ©jour ! Tout est pensĆ© pour qu on ne manque de rien ( quelques pastilles lave vaisselle , lave linge , capsules cafĆ© , sucre , savon .....) et c est trĆØs apprĆ©ciable . La maison est dans un quartier trĆØs calme avec piscine , jacuzzi , transat , ping-pong dont nous avons bien profitĆ© ! La climatisation nous a Ć©tĆ© aussi trĆØs utile en cette pĆ©riode de canicule ! La literie est excellente ce qui est rare dans la plupart des locations ! Je suis sĆ»re que j oublie. des Choses mais en un mot qui rĆ©sume tout , nous reviendrons ā˜€ļø

Heerlijke week in prachtige accomodatie
We hebben 9 heerlijke nachten verbleven in dit huis bij La Rochelle. Alles tot in de puntjes afgewerkt. Rust en privacy. Luxe, heerlijk zwembad en jacuzzi. Goed uitgeruste keuken en heerlijke slaapkamers met royale bedden. Als je een vraag hebt krijg je meteen antwoord van de eigenaren via de app. Puilboreau is een rustig dorp, maar met een lokale bakker en dicht bij een goed winkelcentrum waar je alles kunt krijgen. Ongeveer 15-20 minuten van het strand. En in La Rochelle is genoeg te beleven. Met de fiets goed te doen! En echte aanrader dit verblijf!

Very beautiful and comfortable house and garden
We, a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, had a great one week stay in this very nice designed and comfortable house. It has all luxury you can think of, including climate control and perfect beds. The garden has sun and shadow places all day and is extremely well equiped. Communication went well and any questions were answered quickly. Puilboreau is a very quiet village at biking distance of lovely places like La Rochelle and Ile de RĆ©. The presence of the cat was a surprise to us, but he was nice and has his own place in the garden.
