I had a backup in the bathroom and it was not fixed. Got back to the room at 11pm with the mess still in the bathroom. Had to go to the office and get a different room. Was then told there have been previous plumbing issues in that room.

My room was very outdated and had cobwebs and spiders webs in the room. The bed was made with stained sheet and wasn’t made when housekeeping came in.
