First I was nervous about going into this resort because of the reviews but every year I go to a different resort out domaicana this wasfor my son and this is the best resort I ever went to and the cheapest they food is amazing. Their drinks is amazing. Strong drinks buffet wonderful. I couldn't do reservations because of my son. I really don't need reservations. The buffy is just fine with me and my son pool's clean atmosphere, beautiful staff are happy. My room was in good conditions i was in the middle of everything. water park nice I will be back in November with me. My son once again, love it here.

To be a five star hotel it has nothing! I stay 4 days 3 nights they only permit 1 reservation at a diferent restaurant it didn’t allow me to do more reservations! The bed is terrible, to hard to sleep on it! The aircondition was nott working and there was allot of mosquitoes in the bedroom! The bathroom is uncomfortable and you could fall! It has a leaking in the bathroom and the roof seems to come down! The employees treat you according the language that you speak! The service was bad!! In the morning at the buffet you have to wait at leats 20 min so they can give you coffee! The food was terrible I had to eat outside because of this! Not staying again

Our stay at this property was pretty mediocre. The entire property is in desperate need of renovations! The pool floors are falling apart leaving rocky pieces throughout the pool which is very uncomfortable when waking around. The swim up pool bar stools are extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The food was average and they didn't offer a large variety. The daily activities and nightly shows were fun and entertaining. Housekeeping does NOT clean the rooms during your stay. They only come in to make the bed and provide towels. The staff are NOT friendly nor helpful and the "free airport shuttle service" is only free if you purchase a package/excursions. You MUST ask about it because they do NOT mention this when your purchasing the package. I spent $400 on two packages and the free shuttle service was never mentioned. Later, when I inquire about it, I was told that it needed to be added when I booked the excursions and since I didn't, it was too late to receive the shuttle service. So I had to pay an additional amount for a ride on their "free shuttle ". I called several times for assistance when checking out and no one ever came. Therefore we had to carry our bags down three flights of stairs (no elevators) and then walk over to the lobby. It was an ok stay but I do not recommend this resort!

This is very unusual of me to leave bad reviews. But I feel the need to warn others about this resort. Please do not waste your hard earned money and vacation time here. As soon as we checked into our room I said to myself this is very disappointing, outdated and dirty. Mold in the bathroom, dirty, terrible. The mattress was the worst in my life, so old there's no cushioning left in it, hard as a rock. The mattress cover is disgusting. You get 2 old and dingy bath towels. After one of the rainy days, the roof was leaking in the bathroom. The food is just ok, edible but not good. The staffed ignored me most of the time. I had to go look for water, or silverware. Half of the waterpark is closed. There's one pool. The beach is very far. Wanted to try the kids club, but nah , it's far too, and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my daughter there. Entertainment was good. We got sick on day 4 with stomach issues. We couldn't wait to get home. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was worth it for the price! But they need to improve several things like variety of foods, transportation inside the resort and I think they need more employees to offer a better service. The staff at the buffet were very kind and friendly always smiling and polite even when they were so busy. The staff in the lobby so slow and kind of lost sometimes, they need to be more polite and proactive because they are the face of the resort. Other than that, it was all good!

I had the best vacations ever. I would have ask for more. I stay at Bahia príncipe Turquesa 5 days four nights. We have some many things to do. Great food and services. Clean room and will always fill in drinks for us for the next days. The food was really good, snacks place and bars. The beach was clean and a lot of activity at the pool near the beach even foam party. At night the had great activity like learning how to dance bachata, pirate shows and fire shows. Live music trust me you will never get bored. Casino, karaoke, Disco and shopping place at the village. I really recommend this place if you want to have a great experience. Thank you Bahia príncipe Turquesa. I can wait to come back.

This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in Dominican Republic. Their services was the most unpleasant one ever. Most of their staff need to learn how to treat customer and speak with guess. For example, I had a leak in my room, went to the front desk to state that, the young lady only asked me for room number. After it was given to her, she state my name. Then, I wait for a few minute to ask what is next. Then, with a nasty attitude, she said, someone will be going to your room. Bad experience, I never going back to Punta Cana again. Resort was very dirty, my children got food poisoned and I spend $3000 in emergency for 2 kids. Water is extremely contaminated. Service in Hospital (private) was below minimum. Lobby was very hot and loud and infested with mosquitoes. Bad service with the customers and dirty restaurants. They don’t clean your room such as bed sheets and pillows. Annoying sellers at the beach which wouldn’t go away when you said no to their offer. If you want to have a good vacation with your family and enjoy, please stay away from here.

First impressions were not great - having been told by your website to check in for 12. We did so only to be told the room wouldn’t be ready til 3 . We returned at 3 to be told another 30 minutes and yet again still no room. I do not often get angry but upon asking for the manager another room became available. I booked a superior junior suite but I’m not sure this is what we got. The room was in need of refurbishment.simple things like usb charging - the AC although working was inadequate. 2 days running the cleaners 1) did not clean properly/ the bath was filthy and then left no towels- the mini bar was not topped up during our stay. Food - the main restaurant was hit and miss - with lunch seeming to be the best meal of the day. The WiFi did not work at all and reception could not help - if you don’t have WiFi how can you book the other restaurants. We were eaten alive by mosquitoes- especially at the lobby bar- you need to have repellent plugs etc in public areas - it spoilt our evenings. Finally upon checkout there was a huge hoo- hat as being local seemed to be a problem with the helmeted man. We were leaving for godsake! Finally I chose Bahia Principe because the name is usually synonymous with service and quality- I have to say this hotel did not meet those standards there are better and cheaper hotels in Punta Cana. Your staff need to learn some English- if I had been there without my partner- I would have had real issues.

First of all the staff was rude and in 10 days i did not see them say Welcome or smile for at least once. 3 days in a row my room was not cleaned, but the cleaners were just taking the tip. Two pairs of shorts disappear and I notified front desk every single time. Their excuse was that the manager went home. RIDICIOLUS. I have photos of the room and how they were leaving my room after faking cleaning it. I would never go to this resort.

The experience at the Bahía Príncipe Turquesa Hotel was excellent overall, but there was one observation: the buffet staff were not very attentive to the guests.
