This would be a 5 star resort if the hospitality staff treated all guests like they genuinely cared about their jobs. There are a few “Diamonds in the Rough”, but the majority were rude or flat out ignored you if you weren’t fluent in Español. This is the only thing that would keep me from visiting this resort a second time. Aside from the staff, the À la cart restaurants were terrible with the exception of the Steak House! If you are going to offer an ethnically themed restaurant, perhaps have someone familiar with the culture proof the meals before delivering to your guests. Spend the extra on the Privileged section, the beach alone is worth it! The pool was absolutely mobbed with kids, even though there is a children’s section, there were dirty diapers stuffed around the plants by the pool, not the resorts fault but com’on! Non of the restaurants have AC, so be ready to sweat while you eat. Not great, could definitely be better. Will not return.

The property grounds itself was absolutely beautiful. The resort was big and looked like something from the movies. The staff were rude and barely spoke English so SPEAK SPANISH if coming here. The food was terrible. The resort is not near anything. Ubers are nonexistent but they will help ypu with taxi which will be $30 usd or more wherever tou go.

The property is beautifully landscaped, which makes for great marketing photos. But the service and entertainment were subpar. Overall, the place seemed poorly organized, rundown and a little dirty. Not what I was expecting for a 4-star, all-inclusive resort. We were told fresh bottles of water would be put in our room everyday. We went two days with no water for me and my son (to drink, brush our teeth, etc.). We had to call the front desk and chase down maids (who didn't speak English) to bring us water. Also, the staff at the main buffet restaurant don't clean tables between guests so we were cleaning crumbs off place mats and chairs before we ate. And good luck getting a coffee or drink there. Every morning I had to ask two employees before I could get a cup of coffee—and it would finally arrive when I was done with breakfast. Why not let guests serve themselves coffee? Also, bed was uncomfortable, only a flat sheet provided (no blanket) and the pillow was so high that I couldn't use it because it hurt my neck. Restaurants and buffets are only open during limited hours, so if you have excursions that leave in the morning, you can't eat at the resort before you go. Other restaurants are only open for a couple hours, so we never got to try them out. Another annoying thing was that the resort didn't follow their own entertainment schedule posted on their website, so shows descriptions were wrong and locations of classes/activities were wrong.

Beautiful property but the staff is rude. Taxi services to your room takes 30mins with several taxis passing by and the drivers will yell and say I’m not taking you anywhere. In the cafe the cook threw the food at me causing it to fall on the floor. Worst experience of customer service. I will never stay here again!

Very nice beach and ocean. No seaweed. Front desk staff are professional. All other staff - does not reach the level of 4 stars hotel. On the beach companies that offer excursions or braid hair will ask tourists to take them drinks from the bar. Food is generally not bad. I really liked the meat in the restaurant Stake house and there were always delicious desserts. After the Japanese restaurant my husband and I got food poisoning. In general the hotel deserves 3 stars.

The property was beautiful, quiet, and safe. However, the road leading to the resort was not to my liking. Also, during check-out, there was a significant wait to give access to my daughter, who was picking me up. This wait caused a lot of inconvenience and was not in line with the smooth service we had experienced before. She had no issues accessing the property when dropping off or picking up my grandson on previous days, but there was a lot of drama on the day she came to pick me up.

Not as good as you see in the pictures. The room is too old, not too much food options. Service was good, the check in super nice they wait for the customers with a welcome drinks and a big smile .

I love this resort! The pool is stunning, the service is top-notch, and everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. The food and entertainment are fantastic!

The ac on my room broke down on us and even though i called multiple times they didn't fix it so i ended up staying there without ac for 2 whole day is was a nightmare
