Great all inclusive resort with a good beach, great food, great pools, preferred is worth the extra cost at this one as you get access to two other pools and a few additional bars. The only complaint I have is the drinks are not very good here… the juices that they use are overly sweet and don’t taste like real orange, pineapple, or cranberry etc. so made pretty much all the cocktails taste a bit off.

Terrible resort, they claim 5 stars but they are really 3 stars Drinks are basically water!!!! Literally no alcohol whatsoever ever Pool is boiling hot Beach was nasty and don’t maintain I had high hopes since it’s a Secret and we stayed at a different one in Mexico and it was no where near it They ruined our one year anniversary trip

The room was not what I expected. I have been to the Secrets location in Montego Bay and the room quality was excellent compared to this resort. I was very disappointed in terms of the pictures online not matching the room. I would not prefer this location.

The property was absolutely amazing! The friendliness of the staff, especially Euris, was top notch. I would return every week, if I could. I was disappointed in room service which did not make service experience five stars. I had to request twice for my room to be cleaned and my breakfast was not delivered by the time requested due to an excursion. Otherwise, it was grateful to be blessed to stay at such a beautiful paradise.

My partner and I stay at secrets royal was excellent. It was very relaxing. Food was great and the staffs were really professional and friendly. Although it is not a party resort, the entertainment staff did a great job trying to entertain the guests every nights. I look forward to coming back here in the future.
