Unfortunately this resort wasn't worth the money and time at this that we spent. We are very disappointed in many things. Mostly no efforts from the service and not friendly staff. There's just too many to name. It was bad. Punta Cana was not a great experience at all. We would love a refund actually.

This was our first time here and we had a great experience. All of the staff we encountered were phenomenal. I appreciate the attentiveness to our needs as they still provided help to all other guest. We had a swim up room just great our butler Randy went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable and full of activities we wanted to participate in and always a message away. We will definitely return and I would definitely recommend to all. Come enjoy in the beauty of the property. We stay on the adults only side TSR but we also had access to all of the property. Our favorite restaurants were El Dorado and Sumptuori. The property has 18 restaurants a shopping area and a Cabret. Pricing to meet your needs. Check it out for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

The TRS Turquesa hotel in Punta Cana is highly recommended!!!!!!. Everything was great, fantastic on our anniversary getaway. We had a unique and unforgettable dining experience; each dish was full of flavor and impeccably presented. Very professional staff. All of their workers helped us with absolutely everything; from the moment we entered the hotel, we felt a cozy atmosphere, which, with its simple and elegant decoration, made us feel welcome. Always involved in making our stay perfect. The room was impeccable, super comfortable. But the best of all was Rodney, the butler. My husband and I cannot find enough words to thank him for his treatment of us. He made our stay a paradise, our anniversary a beautiful and unforgettable moment. Mi novia y yo estuvimos de vacaciones en República Dominicana y este lugar Cayó como anillo al dedo. Servicio al cliente de este lugar es excelente, Las playas hermosas tiene varias piscinas además de tener una piscina en su balcón privado. Lo único negativo que tengo es que al principio querían vendernos un Time share Y nunca nos dijeron la información completa para jalarnos a la conferencia nos dijeron que nos iban a dar un desayuno de cortesía gratis.

We really enjoyed our stay at TRS Turquesa and will definitely come back in the future! Our helper was named Norielis and she was the best! She helped me make my birthday extra special!

Excellent overall very good customer service and it was an amazing experience. I definitive recommend. Excellent By Names Rodny - Butler, Keren in Entertainment, Bars at pool area - Ginet, Jose, Jose Luis Bar at the Lobby - Chamo, On Restaurants Capricho: Radames, Ramonita, on La Lola Dominica, on La paisana Miguel Manager and Luis, Japanese Robinson, Chef Dennys at Poseidon, Spa - DIoselyn and Amanda, and Angelo in their facilities, on the golf carts Cecilio, Felix. On the travel club Jesus - helping and supervisor Carlos and many more all staff excellent. I definitive recommend the hotel

Absolutely the best!! My mother and I traveled here for my birthday. First and foremost, the people...they were all so helpful, friendly, and beyond caring. I have to specifically mention Felix, Shawn, Victor, Randy (all butlers) and Alexis (entertainment) because they were exceptional. Their welcoming warm energetic presence made you smile every day. Anything you needed; they were always there. Alexis will surely make you have a great time! If you love to dance (I do), he was a dream! I have to shine a little more spotlight on Shawn and Felix. My mother wasn't feeling well one night, and Felix brought her Gatorade w/out her knowing. Shawn helped with everything. He even made our coffee for us. Overall, the options for entertainment throughout the day were awesome as well as the food and service. What more could you ask for!? I'll be back TRS!! Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!
