I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and Im rating it at 10 , The food was excellent , The rooms and hotel it self cleanwe had no concerns at alll , We had a personal buttler her name is Noris im giving her 10 stars every days she would texts us give us an update of the weather and schedules of the entertainment of the day, ask us if we had any concerns and we didn’t have to worry about the restaurant reservations she did it all!! , best waitress at the pool bar the main one love the different drinks that she was making us Faireny Dolores and Jine they were awesome 👍, overall stay 10 , night show were good they just to need to a liite bit on daily entertainment more like fun things , during the day they had more like exercise “activities “yoga”biking”etc ,they need more fun stuff , other then that everything was perfect, I would go back !!!

We drove only 25 minutes from the airport and when we arrived we were greeted by a beautiful property and even more beautiful people. The staff was kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. We loved our bartenders Esmeralda and Jose Luis and our cart drivers around the area Richie and Enyely(always played Dembow for me, the best) We stayed for 5 days and did not have one issue with anything. The restaurants were great, lots of options! We had a couples massage at Zentropia with Roselyn and Yosely and it was amazing. Wednesday night at Hemingway’s was the best time ever with live music/singer and then later on with the DJ. Our 5506 building butlers Elaine, Cesareo, and Eury were very attentive and helpful. They made my husband’s 40th birthday so memorable when they decorated his room and left us some sweet treats and champagne too. Overall a home away from home. Thank you TRS Turquesa.

We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary at TRS and we had a great time . The staff was wonderful and our butler Eury & Elaine was amazing. They made us feel special . They made all of our reservations to the restaurants. I would highly recommend the swim out suites. The food needs some improvement but it was good, I would highly recommend TRS Adults Only Resort.

My wife and I stayed at TRS Turquesa recently for a 7 day vacation and were thoroughly impressed from the moment we set foot on the property. The staff and service was impeccable. The proximity to the airport was key, the room was great and the facilities including the pools and restaurants all met expectations. The highlight of our trip was our contact from the butler service! Norealis was an absolute pleasure. She went above and beyond in her level of service, even going as far as to ensure that there were personalized touches added to our room on a near daily basis. We would return to this resort again in a heart-beat and would specifically request her service next time we go back!

First - lets start with the positives: Very well maintained property consisting of 4 Resorts back to back, all accessible to us during the stay. Rooms are clean, although some things were broken. Staff was extremely friendly and bars were literally on EVERY corner. Buffet options were OK, not great and service at restaurants was also OK... Our room was very close to the beach and the pools. Beach was very well maintained with plenty of shade or tanning options. Now - the not so great.... All of the menus at the restaurants were through QR codes on the phone and booking A La Carte restaurants, getting daily entertainment, etc, were all supposed to be done through their App. First of all - the last thing I want to do on a vacation is drag my phone everywhere with me! Second - the App is horrible! It took us 4 days to realize that we could get a daily Entertainment calendar view in the App because it was buried 5 levels deep! Which brings me to communication of what entertainment is actually available at the 4 resorts! This information isn't posted anywhere outside of the App! We found a bulletin board next to the towel station by the pool that had printed list of what's happening, but it was very incomplete. Now - about the entertainment options - no night club, no music at the beach, 1 show per night with VERY Bad singers and dancers (it's like a parody) and live music at 1 of the 4 resorts per night for 2-3 hours (which was pretty good). THATS IT! Bars were busy!

A lot of pools to choose from. Beautiful beach. Picturesque. Easy to get around to events and locations. Secluded from the outside. Food is hit or miss (some great dishes but equally as many misses). Butler service was hit or miss with responsiveness. Sometimes too much. Loud old bed, cold showers only (tub was fine). Overall it’s a good value, we would book again. We were fed, entertained, and slept well.

Staff and entertainment crew were great! We were told we were going to have a private butler to handle our needs however that fell through, we did go to the evening butler Manny and he was very helpful! Karen in the entertainment along with her co workers were so awesome and made the trip so exciting! The pools were awesome! The staff was great at the hotel. The restaurants were good however tend to cater to much to Americans-like we travel to DR we want DR food lol. The beach was clean and water was so blue!

Staff was very nice. Property beautiful. Food pretty good. The buffet at breakfast the same every day could’ve used a change once in a while. Helios restaurants awful. Needed More activity around the pool and some live music. Frozen drinks awful…tasted like chemicals. Beach beautiful but no waitress service. Specialty restaurants very good. Shows at night good but all the way at the other end of the property took a while to get back on the train. Don’t think I would return.

This is my 3rd time at TRS Turquesa I always come back here mostly for the staff and excellent customer service they all very friendly. Ignacio the waiter from Capricho and Kusco went out of his way every day to make me and my family happy, our butler Randy was very attentive and help us with everything during our stay from the moment we arrived until we left.The staff at the bar and drinks where great and the food too, my favorite was Tentazione and Capricho for breakfast and dinner.

First time vacationing at TRS and our trip was wonderful. Our butler was Norielis and she excels at her job! She helped make our dinner reservations, checked on us several times throughout each day and was available to assist in any way. Can't praise her enough! The beach was beautiful and relaxing; the grounds and pool areas were clean and very well maintained. We had dinner at six of the restaurants and enjoyed them all, as well as the Helios breakfast & lunch buffet. The staff and servers were very pleasant to deal with and went out of their way to ensure you were accommodated. Highly recommend.
