Provided with a small evening meal which when leaving the bill was 800TL ! All electric went off at 20.45 until morning so cold drinks became hot and our sandwiches for the following day were ruined. There was no toilet paper provided. No swimming pool as advertised. On a plus the location was good

A l'arrivée aucun personnel de l'hôtel, c'est un ouvrier qui m'a donné la clé. Je demande le code wi fi,on me dit que ça coûte 4 euros, obligé de lui montrer sur l'application que que c'est normalement gratuit, après 10 minutes de discussion j'ai réussi à avoir le code. A 21 h,on vient frapper à ma porte pour me demander le règlement de la chambre, 20 minutes de discussion pour leur faire comprendre que c'était déjà réglé sur le site. Le lendemain pas d'eau chaude, bien sur le restaurant ne fonctionnait pas et rien autour pour manger, c'est isolé. Petit déjeuner pris ( voir la photo) en insistant, ils n'avaient rien prévu et surtout pas de buffet. Bref, une honte du début à la fin cet hôtel, merci Hôtel. Com pour cette belle arnaque sur le prix et les services rendus
