Green Room at Villa Aurea

Hotel-style room with private internal bathroom and private balcony a few steps from the sea. The room is equipped with Queen sized bed, WIFI, air conditioning, mini fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and smart TV. The private balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. The shared terrace on the top floor offers views of the mountains, the sea and Cagliari. It is the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach or visiting historic places. There is also a fully equipped shared kitchen for cooking. Strategic location between Cagliari and Villasimius with many of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia nearby. The Villa is located just two minutes walk from a rocky beach where you can have a nice walk and a picnic at the "Foxi Tower". Take advantage of the outdoor shower after taking a bath before going back to your room. You will be a 10 minute walking distance from restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and more. The property is also within walking distance of a bus stop, where you can easily take the bus to several sandy beaches and the cities of Quartu Sant'Elena and Cagliari. If you are traveling by car there is free parking available on the street and the nearest sandy beach, Margine Rosso, is just 5 minutes away by car. You won't want to leave this relaxing and peaceful place.
There is a shared washing machine that is free to use.
There is a shared coffee machine with pods that is free to use. You can buy any milk you like and attach it to the machine since it can make caffe lattes, cappuccinos and more.

Travel cot can be arranged upon request at an additional 10 Euro per night.

Sun beds and umbrellas can be rented directly through us for 20 Euro per day for two beds and an umbrella. the cost of only and umbrella is 5 Euro per day.

Guests must keep the communal kitchen clean and wash the dishes and accessories they use right after using them. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the room, bring them back to the kitchen and wash them. Failing to follow these rules will lead to a 50 Euro fine.

It is important to note that there is a pool under construction in the back area of the villa downstairs. It is very important to be careful around the pool. Upon check in, you will need to sign a waiver which releases us of any responsibility in case of guest negligence.

Please be quiet in the hallways and respect other guests.

My husband and I will be happy to welcome you once you arrive and show you around. If we are not available, we will leave the key in a lockbox for you and give you a code. Late check ins are not a problem, we are happy to accomodate! If you need to reach us during your stay, you will have both our phone numbers so don't hesitate to message of call us. :)
