Teach ur staff BASIC manner
Everything was great, but during breakfast, the manager's expression was unpleasant. I couldn't tell if it was because they didn’t like me and my family or if that’s just how they look, but it was uncomfortable enough to notice. As a hotel owner in Manhattan myself, I would have immediately let go of any staff showing that kind of expression. It wasn’t just about enjoying the meal; I felt uneasy just sitting there because of it. The manager even took the salt and pepper from my table without saying a word. Shouldn’t they at least ask before doing that? It felt like they were grabbing something that belonged to them. It’s truly disappointing to be staying in the largest room for two nights at a hotel with such poor manners, only to feel upset two days in a row. I even felt bad for making my young son uncomfortable in this situation.

Great location, very walkable and quiet at night. I liked the coffee machine in the lobby. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel needs so serious updating. Key locks on doors, no safe in the rooms, bathroom fixtures were worn but usable. Purchased the buffet breakfast the first morning, wasn't too good, suggest going elsewhere in the morning.

We loved our room… With a small separate room with a table and chairs. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. It was nice and warm. The decor is kind of antique and very attractive.
