Great location and value. A little outdated rooms, but clean. Unfortunately, the window was facing another building and you could only see a brick wall. Staff was nice and hot drinks in the lobby were very good. Parking was very tight.

A nice place to stay..near the Touristique spots. Excellent customer service en general. Sauf the last day of my stay..before leaving..I didn't like the attitude of a young woman at the Front Desk..probably a new one..luckily another girl took her place. En general..I recommend this place.

The room was bright,large, clean with great comfortable beds. There was an acceptable and affordable breakfast. The missing thing on breakfast side was the appropriate utensils, et.g. there was no tea spoon. The coffee cups were too small. Overall, we loved our two nights and three days stay.

Great hotel apartment
Fantastic family accommodation. We were traveling with two teenagers and stayed for 4 nights. We booked the loft, which is essentially a fully stocked apartment. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, queen bed, pullout sofa, and separate bedroom with a twin bed. The queen bed and pullout sofa are part of the open concept area so afford no privacy. There is a dressing area with many shelves and room for a families luggage and items with space to spare. Pros: Large accomodation Full kitchen and dining Partial views of the Chateau Frontenac Great location Cons: No privacy for the queen bed Tile in the bathroom is chipping and missing in places No elevator to several of the suites, including the 3rd floor loft
