I was quite disappointed with the front desk manager's attitude during our check-in on August 16, 2024. Despite the hotel's check-in time being 4:00 PM and us arriving at 3:42 PM, the manager refused to check us in early, insisting we wait until exactly 4:00 PM. Having stayed at numerous hotels and resorts worldwide, I’ve never encountered such inflexibility, especially when it's only a matter of 18 minutes. While I understand if the room wasn’t ready, there was no reason given for the refusal. This experience overshadowed the otherwise clean facility. However, I want to acknowledge that the desk manager (the lady) on the morning of August 17 was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, due to this initial negative experience, I would not choose to book here again.

My wife and I sleaped at the hotel so we didn't have to drive an hour early in the morning to go to work. Got their garbages cans so full outside the from door it was discusting. Coffee machine out of order, hallways dirty(garbages) on yhe floor...the ac was on, it was freesing in yhe room,had to turn on the heat.Nothing to eat. Won't go back

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The AC unit and fridge in both rooms we got sounds like train passing by, the external drain pipe makes horrible noise woke me up thinking the place was flooded. Poop mark found under the toilet seat, after contacting the management, was told once we are in the room, no cleaning service will be provided. However, it was not clean from the first place. The bed is hard, NO PROPER BED SHEET NOR DUVET COVER NOR PILLOW CASE was used, they use smaller than the bed flat sheet as bed sheet, duvet cover and smaller than the pillow pillow case. So you basically sleeping on the previous guests body. No facilities, was a coffee machine in the lobby, half of time was empty or broken. ICE machine was broken, flooded the entire lobby, didn’t got fixed during our 3 night stay. When I went to the front desk ask for clean towels, the answer I got is, come back and ask at night, cause they DONT HAVE IT!

Simple clean room, but had a bad smell to it. Windows are low quality and do not block noise for autoroute nearby nor people talking outside. Mattress sheet was a regular sheet (not fitted) exposing the mattress itself. Insufficient parking for a hotel this size, especially with truckers and commercial equipment taking up several.spots each.
