Hygiene is a second thought
That they do not change the towels daily is not a problem. But they do not make your bed or empty the garbage bins is questionable. My last comment is that the duvet should have a cover instead of being "sandwiched" between two flat bed sheets. As soon as you move the duvet gets uncovered, lack of hygiene. Nice to give 3 Keurig coffee kcup but was I also suppose to wash the cups between usage? I have a feeling that hygiene is a second thought for this hotel. Finally you have to exchange your towels at the front desk because they warn you yhat they do not offrer room service. I stayed three night and never saw a sole cleaning anything.

We liked the room but it was very basic and small. We had no where to put your toilet bag and cosmetics in the bathroom. We enjoyed coffee machine in the lobby that made a good selection of hot drinks. Price was reasonable but all of the taxes that you charge make it very expensive

The washroom was broken and didn't had another room to change our room. Add the tallest to use the washroom in the basement. There was a bunch of drunk people in the lobby, so we didn't feel safe.We have not got enough help and we had to pay full price very disappointing
