Great Service!
Thank you everyone for all your help and kindness. I was provided with a room that I asked for, near the elevator, for my mom who has issues walking. At a time, I had to leave her to the room to go to work, 2 min away, and I asked the hotel booth if they could call me if any urgency happen and they accepted to get my note with my number to call.

Style très urbain, c'est propre. Déjeuner correct sans plus avec bagel pain,céréale yogourt oeuf dur. Le corridor n'est pas insonorisé. J'aurais aimé une keurig au lieu de café avec pochette dans la chambre.

This the second property by this chain and always been impressed. The rates are more than fair for the size of the rooms and amenities. We really like how the construction lends itself to a very quiet space! Can't hear anyone above or below in our experience! As far as this location, walk across the street to the huge mall and morning Starbucks. Krispy Kreme up the street, Steak Avenue, etc...15mins to the old city and well worth Uber for that!

I put the dates on expedia, after search, it showing results for the next day and i bouked the wrong dates. Normally, it should have shown not available for the requested night. Instead, it will give you the following days available with a tiny note that you have to double check the dates. I bouked the night knowing that i put the right dates, while cheched out and paid for the wrong dates changed automatically by the expedia app without notice or red flag. Lost $450 while the Hotel wouldn't agree for the refund. Be careful when using the expedia thives app
