Beautiful property. We did have a little hiccup. When we arrived our toilet was plugged and we asked for someone to come and check it out. It wasn’t until late at night when we called again to ask and they forgot. Then service guy came with a plunger and made a mess with all the water. Left all the water around the toilet. Other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel and you are close to everything. Beds are comfy too!

A charming hotel in the best location ever!
It was generally meeting expectations, but for a 4-star hotel, the rooms didn't have any microwave and mini-fridgie, which was the only disappointment. However, it was the best location you can ask for.

Hotel Clarendon was an excellent choice for our family vacation. Traveled with children and grandparents. Location is ideal for walking - car is not necessary. Easy walking to dozens of family friendly and upscale restaurants, alike. Property was impeccable and staff super friendly and helpful. Valet service was convenient and only took about 5 mins to bring car back. Great breakfast at bistro in the hotel. Would go back again!

Excellent staff. Location was perfect, right in the middle of Old Quebec, walkable distance to almost everything we wanted to do during our stay! Valet service was great and inspired trust, no one else had ever driven our standard sports car before the valet. Beds were a little too firm for my liking but that is literally my only complaint.
