Be aware that you must walk up a flight of stairs as you enter to go to lobby, elevators, restaurant, etc. So if you have mobility issues, its a concern. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and quiet, staff is wonderful. Ice machines are only in lobby. Pool area is cool. Elevator is slow and usually full so you have to wait for next one. Gym is good. Location is perfect for proximity to places.

There was no parking avaiable and nowhere to stop in front of the hotel to unload our bags. We had to park in a public parking garage a few blocks away and walk to the hotel with our bags. Hotel itself is beautiful.

Quick check in/out. Staff able to answer all my queries. Close to shops, dining & Chateau Frontenac. Car rental next door. Very clean facility. The only minus was the valet not returning the car key rental key to Hertz as promised. Glad I checked. Bring earplugs if you retire early. The nearby nightclubs were noisy until about 11pm. Bottom line, you can't go wrong with this hotel. Merci Beaucoup

Excellent location. Room was very nice. However we were overlooking the street which is very loud until around 11:30 pm. Also our ac was a little rattly and the room didn't get cleaned until 4 pm both days.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, with modern finishings and nice, updated rooms. The location was perfect for walking in and around Old Quebec ... with a pedestrian street right around the corner (summer only maybe?)! The hotel front desk staff members were all very friendly, perfectly bilingual, and eager to help us. If you have mobility concerns, it's important to note that that there are 20 or so steps that lead from the front door to the reception area. The hotel staff do help with carrying luggage, but I would inquire with the hotel if those steps will pose a problem for you. Lastly, the housekeeping team start their day early and will come knocking at 8am. If you like to sleep in a bit or can't be out of your room by then, remember to put out the "do not disturb" sign on your door. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would not hesitate to stay again for a future visit. Merci beaucoup!

We have stayed the Manoir Victoria for many years but found it no longer worth the costs and will change our hotel life n future visit to this amazing city - simple lack of UBS charging ports was especially disappointing

Quebec - great location but caution on your room
Primary feature of this hotel is the location. The room was spacious and beds comfortable but very soft. Unfortunately our room bordered the Main Street that contains the restaurants and bars so we heard the music until 12am each night. Not sure why that wasn’t advised upon checkin. Blackout curtains were not really blackout. Overall hotel appears to succeed with handling volume bookings. If you are looking for location and not worried about a boutique selection; definitely worth the selection.
