Overall the hotel was very nice and the nightly music at the pool our balcony overlooked was a very nice touch. My only real complaint is that the wifi was practically non-existent, even when i paid the premium for the day it didn't work at all.

Points negatifs: spa non-fonctionnel, chambre que nous avions etait due pour etre renovee: fauteuils uses et brises, tapisserie endommagee par endroits, seche-cheveux non-fonctionnel. Jamais fait de tels commentaires sur cet hotel, ou nous allons a tous les ans. Malheureusement, cette annee, je dois questionner le rapport qualite/prix et me demander si on a choisi la bonne option.

We loved the hotel overall. The area was perfect for walking to shops restaurants and museums. We had a lovely balcony room o er looking the pool. Our only complaint was that the pool area was lit up all night and caused our room to never really get completely dark.

Despite the fact that it says on Expedia that there is a parking, the parking was full (there was a sign that says except for hotel guests but it was not true). It was a mess in the area around the hotel, we looked for a parking for 1 hour without finding one. We went to check in and asked the front desk for help and they offered none. They refused to help and said there was nothing they could do. Seems like false representation to me. On top of that, the hotel is very old, has not been renovated since the 90s, the room smells like chlorine because of the pool and we got our throat and eyes badely irritated. They don’t come and clean before the 3rd night, not even making bed or changing towels. Restaurant is expensive and not really good. Only positive point is the location which is very closed to everything.

We had a city view suite and the view was spectacular looking at the Carre Youville, skating rink and Christmas market all lit up. The room was clean and the staff was very attentive both at check in and the cleaning staff. We had dinner in the restauarant which was also excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent for touring around Old Quebec.

Great hotel. Very well placed near all the shops, restaurants. The balcony that looks onto the pool and spa is great. Garden room with balcony is big with sofa area and small fridge.

Had a lovely time. Great location within walking distance to the German Christmas Market and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. Daughter enjoyed the indoor pool and having a balcony facing indoors. Will likely go back.

Great hotel, only real complaint was it is kind of loud with the snow removal on the street below. Great stay wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
