Everything is in walking distance.
It's well situated in the Old QC. Everything is in walking distance which is very good. The bathroom is outdated and one elevator was not functioning the waiting list was long and mostly always full. Overall it's a nice place to stay especially if you have kids..nice pool.

Poorly trained staff
We were told that it would have free parking and breakfast included. We had to pay for both. The 1st night the room temperature was at 80 degrees Fahrenheit and the next day we had to wait until maintenance would turn on the air conditioning. It still didn’t work properly. I asked three staff to explain what their breakfast included. No one could give me an answer. Customer service was not properly handled or provided. This hotel needs professionally trained staff especially since it is a tourist destination. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

We liked Theodore, waiter in restaurant. Did not like taxi service, almost missed our train. Wanted to order night before and clerk said , just order in morning. Son in law finally ran down to taxi stand and brought a taxi and driver back. Otherwise we would have missed Via.

Everything was fantastic except the poor ventilation inside the room. We stayed two night in a city view family suit. The room had quite poor ventilation and we were lacked of fresh air since all the windows can not be opened. And the fan doesn't work very well to bring fresh air.

Super difficult to getting things done with staff, took a day and I had to go to reception multiple times when i found out that the room and sheets hadn’t been changed from the last persons stay and it never got changed. Takes a long time to get anything you need

We had a great room, with a small living room and amazing view on the old city. The swimming pool is nice but small and facing a lot of rooms (all those not facing the city). The gym is also small. The only drawback is the elevators, for which we had to wait a lot.

The pool should have a shower before you enter the pool policy it might help the cloudiness. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Upon checking the room to make sure we had everything, we found some dust bunnies that should have been vacuumed a long time ago...but overall it was clean. The breakfast buffet is very good 👍 I would recommend this hotel as it is near downtown within walking distance and also near transit I would definitely stay here again my wife and kids loved it

Only issue was AC in our room was not working. Was looked at twice and never really resolved. Temp in the room never went down for duration of our 3 night stay. Smell of chlorine was strong. Staff very friendly and helpful

Easy access into old Quebec. Staff were friendly. Mold in the bathroom and in the pool area. Bad experience at the hotel restaurant. We waited 2 hours for our food.
