Great hotel close to Old Quebec, affordable option with great cleaning staffing! We spent 3 nights and they came every day to make our beds and clean the room! Would definitely use it again.

Room was excellent, the people were very friendly and helpful but the lack of room service was problematic after having driven 9 hours from Niagara Region. I brought a pizza upstairs from the restaurant at ground level and it was definitely sub-par.

Rooms were very neat and clean, and well maintained. The staff cleaned the rooms everyday absolutely perfectly. No complaints, but nothing exceptional for a 5 star. Room rates could have been bit lower, considering the location being far from the main city area and just beside the highway. They had ample covered parking, so you don't have to worry about clearing snow on winter mornings.

We stayed here with my wife, and the when i turned the pillow i saw some stains on the pillow. There were small red stains which could have been the blood stains. I went to lobby and told the receptionist and she gave me a new one. She told me that she will leave a note so they will follow up. Next morning when i wanted to check out I asked the other receptionist to see what was the status of the follow up. To my surprise, he had no idea. I talked to the manager and she said she will leave a note. They did not anything to make it up with me. I was really shocked that they did not care and pretended that i was nothing unsual.

La piscine était fermé, il ny avait pas d'eau dedans. Nous avions réserver une hôtel avec piscine pour en profiter en famille. Mon garcon de 13 ans extrêmement déçu. Nous n'avons eu aucun avis.
