Our stay was great....great location to stop in to Lake George.....suite was great with the whirlpool and large bath area. Pool was great except a little cool (nobody there??). Breakfast is always great there and all staff are excellent and pleasant......we will be back.

Stayed here while visiting friends in Glenn Falls. Had a little problem at check in - our room had not been cleaned but we were put in another room right away which was fine. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet (except for hearing some people outside and in the halls). I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Allergies and musty smell
First room smelt musty, like damp carpet/air conditioner filter. Caused allergies to flare up. Moved rooms after smelling two others (staff was helpful) and took the least worse of them - still had a musty smell from the air conditioner so we chose not to use it and slept with the window open which was right under the back door where someone kept smoking. Also - the hallway reeked of air freshener and the rooms were pretty grungy. Not sure how this was rated 4.8 out of 5
