Bayview Hideaway the 3 bedroom holiday home with the LOT!

Amazing Swan Bay views, loads of natural light, a new Smart TV, Foxtel (base package, entertainment & kids – no sport), wi-fi, it’s pet friendly and in an affordable price range that is easy on the budget for many.

With three bedrooms, it is ideal for mum, dad, kids (& pets too naturally) or it also lends itself perfectly to couples wanting to get away for a breather. Bayview Hideaway truly is a haven for whatever reason you want to get away.

It’s so comfortable all year around with temp control by reverse cycle AC for the warmer months and Nobo heating in multiple rooms for the cooler months. Please Note – Foxtel does not have the sports package.

The 3 bedrooms consist of a queen in the master which also has an ensuite, and the 2 secondary bedrooms both have 2 single beds in each and shared bathroom.

The 2 lounges both offer large screen TVs with the main living area also having Foxtel & Wi-Fi. The bright and sunny kitchen is new and has a great stainless-steel cooker & fridge. The separate laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The HUGE outdoor deck beckons for casual gatherings whilst taking in the view and many a BBQ will be had here. The home is well fenced and ideal for families with children and/or dogs.

Being opposite Swan Bay is also opposite the train line where the steam train passes to the delight of many. It is also a short walk to the doggie beach, walking tracks and the scenic bike route of the Bellarine Rail Trail. A wonderful getaway
See less booking experience and friendly professional service. Fantastic location with beautiful views. Good sized accommodation with perfect outdoor dining area. Amenities just ok, bringing own towels not ideal. Overall a fantastic weekend getaway. We would happily come back again.

Mesmerising views
Views from the house/deck were mesmerising, just what we needed after lockdown in Melbourne. Comfortable bed, modern bathrooms/kitchen/furniture. Easy walk to local dog beach which was fabulous, house rules not to leave your dog unattended, we found wineries/cafes etc. that were dog friendly, took him everywhere with us. Great location for pottering around the Peninsula during the day and chilling back at the house late afternoon/evening. Nice light house with spacious deck and shady verandah, would return.

New Years stay
This location and property is absolutely perfect for that quite peaceful getaway. The view of swan bay and the odd Q train or heritage train that passes the kitchen window is quite cute. Property has pretty much everything you need. Only small drawback is the bed was a bit lumpy and small for my liking, and the dishwasher needs a decent filter clean as 1in5 dishes need to be re washed. Would come back again and again

Perfect hideaway for two tired ladies wanting a couple of days away from family duties. Very peaceful, with only the Bellarine Rail Trail riders, the Q train/blues train and abundant bird life for company. House light and airy. Only gripe - no comfy outdoor reading chairs. Also, would NOT recommend staying there during the week at the moment as there's a building site next door and we arrived on Fri arvo to find approx. 10 utes parked all over the property and blaring music - all gone by 5pm though!
