The bottom floor includes a second living room, 3 bedrooms with two having queen beds and the third having two twins that could be connected to make another King bed and 2 full bathrooms. Please take into account that the master bedroom is on the top floor and 3 other bedrooms in the lower level, connected by an outdoor stairway.
