The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were dusty it looks like they didn't clean. Not enough toilet paper. Dirty blinds, a dead flies in the windows. I don't recommend this hotel.

La atencion al cliente es pesima, inclusive la recepcionista me sugirio cancelar mi reservacion porque su incapacidad profesional no pudo resolver un problema comun. Las instalaciones estan rotas la taza del baño rota, las ventanas rotas, gotera en las llaves del baño, ropa de cama muy vieja y amarillenta, el televisor se quedo sin servicio de cable, es una lastima porque tiene una excelente ubicacion.

There property needs renovation, there is no hot water, and our room was flooded during our stay. I'm not sure if I would recommend this hotel.

Very good restaurant at the hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean. However, in the early morning when we left there was no hot water for a shower. Other than that, very much enjoyed my stay.

Al registro entregan toallas de baño, mismas que cada día de hospedaje el cliente debe cambiar en la recepción. Las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado. En el check out requieren firma del cliente por entrega de llaves y habitación

la habitación cuádruple en la que estuvimos hospedados, en muy malas condiciones, las cortinas rotas y muy viejas, los cajones del buró descompuestos, los colchones muy gastados y sumidos, el baño sin ventilación,no hay ventilador, ni aire acondicionado, por tanto demasiado calor, las ventanas se bajaban, es estacionamiento no tiene puerta, toda la noche entran autos y demasiado ruido.
