Lots of mold in the bathroom, on the curtains and on the furniture. Old curtains with stains as well as the bed sheets they were not changed it was the exact same bedsheets with the exact same stains and sewed holes. Hotel rooms need to be better kept. Ice cold showering water. The property It’s self is beautiful everything outside the rooms is beautiful as well as the animals.

My fammily and I enjoyed our one night stay there. My mother was fascinated with the place. It’s just so peaceful and beautiful. The service was absolutely incredible from the start until we left.

Nice place that disappointed me a lot
We have been 4 people in two rooms. Great place, first you feel like paradise. Some rooms smell moldy, we had to change it, broken things here and there. One aircondition made loud sounds, so that you cannot sleep well. Also may rooms are close to the beautiful peacocks, but they make a lot of noise all night long. The restaurant offers a menu via QR Code. When you go there it is more expensive and the menue is smaller. The waiters are very slow and cannot remember what you ordered. The starters have been served with the main dishes. A bottle of white wine came kind of warm without a bucket of ice. The Hotel should habe a bar, it was closed. Breakfast: Toast came cold. They had no black tee. Waiter slow again even if the restaurant was more or less empty. And the little Pools with the fountains are not maintained and very green and disgusting. Its very sad because even an old building this could be a little paradise if.......

When my husband and I got to this hotel our expedia reservation was not showing on their system. Nevertheless, the personnel was very efficient and solve it giving us the presidential suite, the only room available. The room was nice and we had a very good night sleep.

Las instalaciones y la ubicacion estan excelentes, muy bonitas y de lujo, pero lamentablemente le hace falta mucho mantenimiento, ejemplo el estacionamiento esta lleno de basura y no hay luz en la noche, se me cayo un cortinero al correrlo, la puerta de la entrada de mi habitacion no funciono el seguro, en una pared de la misma tenia humedad, el baño de vapor no funciona, las dos tinas de hidromasaje no funcionan, es un hotel con excelentes instalaciones pero yo creo que les falta presupuesto para darle un buen mantenimiento, en el exterior del hotel tienen tres banderas, pero ya estan viejas y roidas, seria mejor quitarlas

Espacio de la habitación ok Servicio lento Venden una habitación presidencial con jacuzzi y no funciona, llovió y goteras en el baño, ventanal de baño al descubierto, se puede ver para el Interior, no hay privacidad muebles viejos, camas desagradable, no hay aire acondicionado y dejan un ventilador que hace mucho ruido., alberca sucia, con tierra en el interior

Tuve que salirme ya que en 5 minutos mi hijo de lleno de licuadoras de ácaros o chinches. Me cambiaron 3 veces de cuarto porque no servía el aire acondicionado en ninguna. El lugar tiene muy bonitos jardines pero las habitaciones están súper cochinas y hay que checar los colchones porque tienen agujeros
