Sí regresaría. Tuve que viajar a Querétaro, me llevé a mi mamá y estuvimos a gusto. La ubicación es inmejorable. El staff exceptuando una chica, fueron todos increíblemente amables y serviciales. Las habitaciones son super espaciosas pero mejoraría la iluminación porque son algo oscuras y no se disfrutan lo suficiente por la falta de luz o buenos angulos de luz. El bar, animadísimo con un grupazo de música, tocaron puros éxitos que casi todos conocemos sin importar las edades, éxitos de Beatles, Creedence, Eagles, Roolings, todas esas, estuvo buenísimo. El buffet de finde semana,muy rico así que pasan el examen con buenas calificaciones :P

El hotel, tiene una ubicación muy conveniente, un personal que proporciona un excelente servicio,sus habitaciones muy amplias , limpias con una buena iluminación. La única observación que tengo es que la música en el bar se prolongó muchas horas después de las 10 de la noche y no nos permitieron dormir y descansar adecuadamente, que es lo que uno busca durante las noches. Otra observación es que para subir a las anotaciones hay sólo escaleras y hay que cargar el equipaje. El servicio del personal es muy bueno.

Service was terrible starting with getting our room until 4:30pm when the standard check in time was an hour earlier. Staff was not friendly and ignored our request for additional services. During our last day in the room a staff personnel walked in to the room without knocking claiming to be looking for a QR code. Stay away from this supposedly 5 star hotel.

This hotel is in the center of Querétaro and is absolutely delightful! The rooms are absolutely huge amd comfortable. The pool is great ant the food , var amd restaurant even better! 10/10

The property has nothing to do with de luxe suites. It’s an old property completely rundown. We had to suffer the inconveniences of everything.old. No elevator. Food extremely expensive No parking available. Ballet parking sometimes and they really charge very much. They start the music loud, all around the hotel at 8 o’clock in the morning and they shut it out at 11 o’clock in the evening.
