Very clean older small home in a convenient location. Number of problems though. No icemaker or ice trays. Had to enter only tiny bathroom thru the smaller bedroom and no shelf or anything to place items. Uncomfortable beds. In small bedroom heard something chewing or scratching all night - mouse or chipmunk in bathroom or attic? Decided not to stay second night.

The Shoemaker cottage is a WIN in Quincy. All the basics.. well maintained..perfect location. Great for two people. Would stay again if needed another visit to Quincy.

Great Stay
This cute little house had what we needed to stay. We usually stay in hotels for our tournaments but wanted to try VRBO this time. The only awkward thing was the bathroom was only accessible through the smaller bedroom. Luckily the friends we had staying with us were sound sleepers and we didn’t have a problem, but it was a surprise. The bigger bed was comfortable but our friends said the smaller bed wasn’t so much. Still overall, it was a great place for what we needed it for. Joe was very responsive to messages and it was a super easy check in and out! Thanks again!
