With checkin there was a line up to the door. Only 1 person checking everyone in. The rooms are tired. The exercise room had a major water leak. Kids running up and down the hallways till late. No free breakfast. Good for kids for the water slides. For a business professional or someone that wants a more calmer environment, probably not a good choice.

The room was dirty and the beds were very uncomfortable. The new room they moved us to for the second night was slightly better. At least the beds were clean and the we didn’t notice the springs in the bed.

Most racist place I’ve ever stayed. The pool stay wasn’t into my little brown kids 14 and 11 saying they where to young to swim alone. Never in my life have I heard anything like this. Acting like my kids were 4 and 5. What a joke. Then front desk told me manager and supervisors are out of the office. Never will I pay good money to a joke establishment like that place ever again. If your brown don’t waste your money

Staff are so friendly and always willing to help make the stay the best possible. Rooms are spacious and clean. So many options to eat, have a drink, and vlt’s. The aqua park is amazing!
