Convenient, clean and comfortable
I stayed in this lovely apartment to go to a Pink concert. It's nestled into a neighborhood that is close to the highway, hospital and shopping. The home is well appointed with water, coffee, amenities and more. We even played pool and enjoyed the relaxing view of the back yard. I would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed night, but it was a great booking. Clean, good neighborhood (I had to walk my dog several times) and pet-friendly. It had great touches with games and toiletries (in case you forgot). The host was friendly and communicative. Highly recommend!

Loved the pool table!
Really great place, we played pool all weekend. Not much privacy since there’s no curtains and it’s right under the main house. But other than that we had a good weekend. Close to shopping and restaurants

Slice of paradise
This place was everything my wife and I needed for a two night getaway from the normal. Watching the chipmunks run around the yard was very entertaining. This place was supper clean and had the greatest floor ever. It glows in the dark. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Great stay for NCSU Game
We had a great stay at this little gem of a place! It was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. It was well equipped for a studio-type rental and perfect for our pup. We arrived and were able to get her crate set up and make sure she was settled before heading to the game. The host even left some complementary snacks and drinks in the fridge which was a very nice touch! We also really loved the sound machine that was in the room, it helped us get a sound night of sleep! We will definitely keep this rental in mind for future evening games and quick trips to the Raleigh area.

The property is very cute and well maintained. The communication with Ben was quick and easy. The bed was so comfortable and there are a few snacks and drinks available for you when you get there. There is a fun pool table and lots of board games available as well. The room is under a portion of the owners house so you can hear every foot step taken and hear almost every conversation from above which made it a little hard to fall asleep for light sleepers like me and my husband. Other than that it was a very nice place to relax and we enjoyed our time very much!

Ben was an amazing host, he was very considerate in making sure my husband and i were comfortable. The home was very cute as well, we were out of town celebrating our anniversary and this home had so many intimate amenities such as board games and the pool table. Perfect location!!
All of our events were in the Crab Tree area. This was the perfect place for peace and quiet. Ben responded promptly with our concerns. I loved the welcoming on the fridge. Lots of snacks were left throughout the house. I will definitely stay here again if visiting Raleigh, NC.

This property met all expectations listed on VRBO. Property in a quiet neighborhood! Close access to interstate! Easy access to Cary and North Hills where we visited most of our stay! Close to grocery and strip center with nice deli and several other eateries! I had ample space to do my daily yoga practice in pool room with a beautiful view of outside treed area! Even saw several cardinals feeding in their bird feeder! Had an issue with entry at first but Ben took care of issue immediately!

Awesome lower-level private lodging in great location!
Loved everything about this place, from the large, private yard to the pool table. Accommodations felt spacious and I appreciated that the kitchen nook had a full-sized fridge and sink. Met the property owners and they were very friendly and helped with anything I needed during my stay. Would definitely book again. Also, the bed was super comfy which is important to me when booking VRBOs.

This property is a little piece of heaven in the city. Beautiful landscaping, peaceful, tranquil and quiet. Ben and Patty are so friendly and very attentive to anything we needed. Safe place for all. I really was impressed that the bedroom has a sound sleep machine bc I usually just use my fan app lol. Highly recommend staying here! Pool table and board games available for entertainment also a plus! Will be back.

My husband and I were there for our 50th high school reunion and our Abnb experience helped make for a fantastic trip. It is a quiet neighborhood and the property is beautifully landscaped. The bed was comfortable and nice linens. The kitchenette was very clean and useful. The shower was a little different for us old farts but we got the hang of it! We had a small problem with the coffee pot and Ben came right down to check it out. He and his wife are lovely and helpful. The do not intrude on your privacy. Only suggestion is provide someway to make hot water for hot tea. I am a tea drinker and hot tea in microwave is a no no. We will definitely be back and this will probably become our home away from home whenever we are in Raleigh! Thanks Ben!
