The room had a musty smell…not enough wash clothes…Front desk staff was awesome…Our overnight stay there was because we both had a Doctor’s appointment at the Duke Raleigh Eye Center. We live 3 hours away from Raleigh.

This hotel is a great place to stay but unfortunately our rooms had mold in them. Our entire family is allergic to mold, so with our first room having multiple mold spots, we had no choice but to ask for a new room. Luckily, the staff members were able to provide us with the exact same room style, and even let me view it beforehand. The second room, however, still had mold in it, but it was not enough to make us sick in one night. Other than that it’s a decent hotel and I would stay there again, especially since it’s really clean

My daughter and I were in Raleigh to help find her a place to re-locate from her home state as she is starting a new chapter in her life. We found the staff to be wonderful people and very helpful, especially the young lady at the check-in desk. We appreciated her so very much after having arrived from an overnight flight and being as tired as we were! Our overall experience was great and the breakfast was pretty good, too! The room and beds were comfortable and great for a good night's sleep. I would highly recommend this property if you are in Raleigh! Thank you to everyone there!
