Everything was fairly nice and clean. They were experiencing some issues with the elevators but they eventually got it fixed. The restaraunt was mediocre but very expensive. Overall was a good experience though

Have stayed here twice with convenience to PNC Arena. Nice, clean room. Bathroom was clean, but a little small. Elevators are rather slow. Have not eaten in their restaurant. Overall good experience.
