We liked the accessibility of the location. I found some hairs in the floor when I arrived and it was a bit noisy but as expected, as it’s by Capital Blvd. I also didn’t like how they have listed on here that you can check out by noon but expected to have checked out by 11 am. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

First off I put in for the Crabtree location and when I paid for my hotel it gave me this location. Secondly my first night sucked I had no heat nor no air working in my room. So I spent most of my day waiting on maintenance to figure out what was wrong

My stay at the DoubleTree hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was very clean and nicely designed and the bathroom was exquisite. The staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Raleigh, NC.

Our housekeeper was phenomenal! Her name started with a “M” The cleanliness of the property was impressive, especially the gym! However, the restaurant evening menu was disappointing.(but the staff was very nice!) Their options were decent for a small chain hotel but hardly nothing was available. They had maybe 2 items available out the entire menu. So, we decided to skip breakfast for it may have been just as disappointing. But I could be wrong. Front desk didn’t have any restaurant suggestions, but they were inviting and always very pleasant. My check in process was expeditiously done which was appreciated after a long flight. 0verall our stay was great. I hope you all enjoyed the King Cake!🎭
