Great staff, but sad property

The staff was accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable- 10/10 The property is very distressed. Pretty worn out and definitely needs attention. We chose it for the kitchen. They gave us limited dishes/silverware/pans in comparison to other Extended Stays we’ve lodged at in other areas. No coffee pot available at all. Laundry area was clean, but no detergent available for sale- there’s a grocery store across the street. We stayed for a business trip, but it seemed most people actually lived there. We will not be staying at this property again. Would not recommend.

Moldy room

Our stay at the hotel was okay but not wow! We had two rooms Room 230 and 237. Room 237 had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was brownish mold on the carpet under the beds. We informed the front desk and also showed it to the cleaning crew. My husband had a terrible headache, and we thought it was due to driving. It cleared when we checked out of the hotel. Let's hope that room was taken out of service temporarily to renovate it. Thank you.
