Felt more on par with a days inn or the like. I expected an up to date and clean environment and unfortunately was met with an outdated space with overflowing trash cans, dirty floors with garbage strewn around, everything smelling like smoke, and things generally just feeling unclean. Additionally, we booked a room with a king bed and were placed in a room with 2 full sizes instead. Not the end of the world, but just a bit disappointing for what we paid. I’d expect to pay no more than $80/night for the experience we had at this hotel.

The refrigerator had hair in it, the shower head had hair on it. When I called customer service desk for some soap. They put me on hold and hung up on me three times. The room when we was out was not cleaned or restocked, it a nice hotel, but not very clean

Lobby, bar and reception desk were very nice and clean. We stayed on the first floor. Hall to our room, the carpets were dirty and stained. In our room the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom. We were only there for the night or we would have moved hotels.

The property is older amd in need of some basic repairs - peeling wallpaper and water stains in the ceiling. Our shower also didnt drain and there was hair in the drain that slowed it way down. Basic cleaning of the room & linens was done, but srill debris and dirty floors and other surfaces.

It was a good property, they boasted about recent renovations but you could tell where there were things just cheaply “upgraded”. Only one of the elevators worked and the doors opened very slowly but closed quickly on you. There were a lot of extras not included or disclosed that cost money, parking is $8 per day extra and for a continental breakfast, it was $18 extra per person. The room was very clean and you can tell the cleaning staff takes pride in what they do. I am very appreciative of the cleanliness. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.
