Our property is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Midtown/North Hills and the Village District (formerly called Cameron Village), where you will find some of Raleigh's premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

At our property, we offer everything you will need for your stay including luxurious high-thread count cotton linens, spa towels, basic kitchen essentials, games for kids and adults, wonderful snacks and more! Enjoy the brand new Nespresso coffee machine with a variety of coffees from which to choose. Select a book to read from our mini library. Use our Google Nest device as a Bluetooth speaker and play your favorite tunes. Or, watch a movie on our brand new Smart TVs in the living room or bedroom and snuggle up with our plush and cozy couch throws.

The master bedroom is fit for a king and includes an orthopedic ultra-plush mattress and high-quality bed linens. You will also appreciate having his and hers closets in your bedroom!

Perfect getaway unit, very quiet and beautiful home
The house is like a perfect getaway for friends / couples to stay in. Quiet, and very zen. Hidden in the woods and near the lakes. Thankful for including some snacks, coffee, sodas and water, toiletries in the unit, obviously these are bonuses.

Great place!
Very clean and accommodating property. I didn’t realize the property was connected to the owners house so I feel bad about checking in around midnight with 2 young kiddos who woke up following our travels but the owners did not approach us to express any issue with this. Located in a quant neighborhood close to downtown. Would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! The property and the surrounding neighborhood were wonderful, and the apartment was nicely decorated & had comfy furniture. Close to it all!
The location of this rental was ideal for our trip; hopping downtown, over to Cary, or to nearby shopping took very little time. The apartment was spotless and in a lovely neighborhood with lakes close by for nature watching. Snacks and comfortable furniture set this listing apart from others! The only change that could've made the apartment even better for us: if it wasn't attached to the main house. This wouldn't be an issue for everyone; we were just worried we might be too loud at times. Overall, would HIGHLY recommend!!

We had a wonderful time! We cycled 45 miles on the The neuse River Trail. The location of the property was very close to the trail heads, as well as restaurants, shopping centers, like REI and Aldi‘s. I definitely recommend staying there for nation point the king size bed was amazing.💕

Property is a beautiful little gem which feels like country but not far from downtown. Full of nice little extras like a full snack tray. Only minor problem was one half used roll of toilet tissue. Otherwise everything was great!

Cozy stay in Raleigh
This place was so cozy and well appointed. Very nice neighborhood and the owner was very friendly and quick to respond. We were pleasantly surprised to find snacks, drinks, coffee, and toiletries as an added touch. The king sized bed was so comfortable, we were in bed early every night and slept better than we have in a long time. The apartment is in the basement of the owners house, but we heard no noise at all from the rest of the house. We will definitely stay here again.

Our trip to Raleigh was simply amazing. The property is jaw-dropping: beautiful front & backyard, spacious comfortable seating areas outside, as well as in the apartment. The owner was extremely gracious and accommodating! Provided a detailed pamphlet on things to do in the area and information (e.g. Wi-Fi) on the property. Our apartment had everything we needed including amenities in case we had forgotten to pack anything. We were also afforded privacy on our own side of the house. Cannot recommend this WONDERFUL place ENOUGH!!! The massive clean pool and pool basketball were a magical touch in the well-kept garden. Consider it first on your trip to Raleigh!

Cute and quaint
This property was super cute and quaint. Great location, as we were in town for my niece's graduation from NC State. Close to PNC, campus and restaurant areas. We had a small communication issue getting into property, but the owner responded relatively quickly. The place was very clean and we loved having the king sized bed. Wish we could have stayed longer to walk around the neighborhood.
