Nicely furnished house w great first floor layout .. easy self check-in process, too. Convenient to downtown Durham and Duke University. If TV was hooked up, I couldn’t figure it out . Not a neighborhood to walk around in but great location.

Perfect for a Duke University event
We stayed here for a graduation weekend at Duke University. It was perfect. It is a lovely house. We could host family for dinner. And we were an easy drive to all of the events. We would be happy to stay there again.
