Pros: Staff was friendly at check-in. Our room was modern and nice. Bed was comfortable. Area was nice. Breakfast and coffee was good. It was pretty quiet. Cons: The thermostat in our room was set to 71 degrees and the fan ran all night long, with no way to adjust it or turn it off. We inquired at the front desk about it and were told that’s just how they’re set. What? Ridiculous! Then when we were headed to breakfast (which had a fairly nice variety of things) the janitor was cleaning the restrooms in the lobby area near the breakfast area and it smelled very strongly of Pine Sol. Couldn’t he have waited until AFTER breakfast?

I was not pleased that all the shuttles were reserved and i had to use Uber to get to the airport. Isn't that why people stay to be close to RDU to use shuttle service?
