The bath tub in the room was missing the overflow cover and the tub looked dirty so we didn't use it. An electrical outlet cover in the room was loose and hanging out from the wall..... The staff was friendly and the location was good. It's only about 8 minutes from the arena.

Nice hotel for the price
The rooms are newly renovated and over all clean. Breakfast was good and Todd the attendant was super friendly. There is a train that runs through there, so some noise. Kind of wish they gave out ear plugs. Our window was still covered in plastic wrap from the exterior reno, so no looking out. Over all would stay there again.

Found roaches (German roaches, I have photos) in room on the last night of our stay. Desk clerk was polite but said there was no other room to switch us to. Biggest disappointment was not being contacted by management after leaving messages (no manager on duty when issue found or at checkout time). This WAS our go-to hotel for frequent Raleigh area trips, it’s a great location and it rooms were always been clean, quiet, and comfortable, but we will be finding somewhere new to stay based on this experience.

Everything was great but our room was not fully cleaned. There was hair in the toilet, counters, and tub. Some stuff was left over in the bathroom by the previous guest

Great value for what you're paying for.
This is the best place in Raleigh, in terms of value for what you're paying for. When I'm on business, it's critical that I have good internet for my line of business due to data being shared. The internet quality was excellent. Also, not only was the breakfast good, but Todd, the breakfast attendant is a good guy. Very warm and personable, and professional. I would visit again just because of Todd. I would stay there again
