Lovely, Modern, Seafront Apartment with Private Entrance.

The apartment is modern, spacious & visually stunning. Recently renovated. It is modern with prints and paintings adorning the walls. Bluetooth speakers, basic provisions provided, wooden floors, high ceilings, underfloor heating in the tiled bathroom. The kitchen area is brimming over with appliances and kitchen utensils.

There is a coffee machine.
The outside area is gravelled and contains summer furniture for relaxing on when the days are warmer.

A state of the art Samsung 42" television is provided with access to terrestrial stations, Freesat, Apple and internet stations. The tv can also be used for email, surfing the internet and for playing spotify playlists.

Private entrance.

The space
Book out time is normally 11.00 pm and check in by 4pm because the cleaner needs access and it takes her 4-5 hours for a thorough clean and change of bedding. She can sometimes be flexible.

The apartment is located directly opposite the beach. The Granville theatre and cinema is 100 metres away. There is free parking, at all times, immediately outside the apartment. Bus and coach stops are within 50 metres of the front door. Alfresco dining by the harbour is about 500 metres away. The Albion Hotel with it's excellent restaurant is 200 metres away. Queen Victoria used to stay there! Steps down to the beach are a mere 50 metres from the front door.

The apartment is a few minutes walk from The Royal Harbour, the Cafe and Gastro Pub restaurant scene of Addington St. Some quirky shops & galleries selling Vintage furniture and bespoke jewellery are to be found in the vincinity.

Historic Ramsgate can be easily explored including a lovely West Cliff walk , taking in Vincent Van Gogh's Blue Plaque and the Augustus Pugin's St Augustines Abbey to name but a few.

Property in need of painting, mattresses and bedding need updating, no shower or washing machine
Location was perfect. Ok for a short stay. We stayed for 28 days without a proper shower only a small bath and no washing machine was not ideal. Time for the Host to stay at the property and update it, as this could really be a gem property. Overall communication with the Host was excellent.

The property it well placed, clean, not noisey, despite being on a busy road I'm guessing the owner hasn't stayed here for quite a while, because: Both mattresses and pillows need replacing immediately! One of the beds has two mattress toppers on it, a bad back after one sleep isn't a good sign

Nice location very close to town and modern decor
Property was as expected and had all that we needed. Would benefit from a shower but for a short stay bath was fine. Really conveniently located. Fine for us but not great for anyone with mobility issues as stairs from street to access.

Wonderful location, close to the beach and local shops.
Super location!! The only difficulty was the shower not being attached to a wall fitment. Due to my physical difficulty it was impossible to sit in the bath, so had to use the shower head standing and hold it.
