You have the whole condo. Cleaning Service after each 30 days during stay if desired. Quiet, gated community in a safe, upscale neighborhood. Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom townhome. Master Suite/queen bed, private attached bath. 2nd bedroom/queen bed with detached bath. Large Private Patio with beautiful view of greenbelt with lots of trees. Enjoy breakfast on the patio overlooking the serene view. You will have a Private attached 2 car garage with direct entry into the house. You will have your own code for the keyless entry, and remotes for the gate and garage.

For business travelers: there are two desks, a printer, and other supplies. Fast reliable wifi 600+ mbps.

For traveling nurses: it is conveniently located near several hospitals.

10min. from Ontario airport. Walking distance to grocery stores, banks, Starbucks. 2 blocks from The Pacific Electric Trail, a 21-mile, popular multi-use path, runs through Rancho Cucamonga, offering a great opportunity for walking, running, and cycling, with connections to other trails and local attractions. Also, 5min. from Victoria Gardens outdoor mall which features general and high-end shopping, a cultural center, movie theater, and many great restaurants. Redhill Golf Club and multiple other golf courses nearby.

Centrally located with beaches to the west, and mountains to the north. Mt Baldy is only about 15 miles away, and Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear are about 30 miles.

You will find the home is stocked with many items you need to get started. From toilet paper, tooth brushes, soap, shampoo, dryer and curling irons, iron and board, spices, paper towels, coffee and sweeteners, dish and dishwasher soap, and much more.

The house is equipped with google home to turn on lights and get information, smart thermostat, keyless entry for front and back doors, and smart TV's with streaming services like netflix, youtube and prime.

There are books and games for adults. There are toys and books for babies and young children. Available upon request there is a highchair, baby bath, baby soap and wash clothes and towels. Baby blankets and baby monitors. There is a child safety gate at the top of the stairs.
