Beautiful hotel
The hotel is beautiful! however, the reception closes at 6pm, which is very inconvenient. Also, the hotel provided us with a room in the ground floor with no view, even though they had the same room in a higher floor available at the same price range, they changed it after we asked them to. (We have stated in our order that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, but there was no effort on the hotel's part to make it outstanding). Having said that, we still enjoyed staying at the hotel, the best part was the lake spa which was amazing!

Kylpylä ja sen henkilökunta oli erittäin korkealuokkainen. Palvelualttiudesta ja ystävällisyydestä erityismaininta. Sama pätee myös Safaritalon ja vastaanoton palveluihin. Majoituksessa oli hämähäkinseittiä, mikä sai hieman miettimään, koska tilaa on viimeksi käytetty ja onko mahdollisesti silloin tehty viimeisin tarkistus kuntoon. Muuten siisteydessä ei moittimista. Ravintolan henkilökunnasta sai etsiä yksiköitä, joilla halu palvella tai olisivat kiinnostuneita asiakkaan viihtyvyydestä. Päällimmäisenä mietti aina, olisiko tiskillä hyvällä tuurilla joku, jonka kanssa asiat saa kerralla hoidettua, jotta ei tarvitse vaivata muuta henkilökuntaa. Tämä pätee niin aamiaiseen kuin Lotjabaarin henkilökuntaan. Jos saatte saman asiakaspalvelun tason kuin aiemmin mainitsemissani palvelupisteissä niin olisi helppo 5 tähteä.

Panorama sviivtistä ja aamiaisen järjestelyistä
Satuimme Järvisydämeen yhtenä kesän kuumimpina päivinä. Olimme varanneet panorama-sviitin. Se on sinänsä hienolla paikalla ja toimiva sisällä, mutta puita on liian vähän ympärillä mikä johti siihen, että emme voineet pitää ikkunaverhoja lainkaan auki, koska huoneesta tuli liian kuuma. Vessan lattialämitys puski myös kuumaa, emmekä saaneet sitä pois. Verhot kiinni ja ilmastointi täysillä - sisällä silti 28C astetta! Ehkä ei paras valinta keskikesällä. Enemmän ärsytti kuitenkin aamiainen. Ruoka oli sinänsä ok-tasoa, vaikka hedelmävalikoima on niukka. Mutta mutta... ravintola pidetään erittäin pimeänä. Ihmeellinen ratkaisu kun lamputkin on keksitty. Kai tässä jotain tunnelmallisuutta haetaan... mutta aamupalalle? Vielä ikävämpää on, että aamiaisterassille päästetään jostain syystä asiakkaiden koiria. Ongelma on, että kun niitä on kaksi-kolme paikalla niin jokin alkaa haukkua. Valitettavasti ei ole syytä palata tänne.
