The apartment is located in the main street of the historical center of Rapallo, among shops, bars and pubs, markets and restaurants. It is located at 50 mt from the sea, at 70mt from the ferries pier and at 100 mt from the train and bus station. The apartment will provid you everything you may need during your stay in Liguria.
Perfect for visiting the surroundings by train or ferry and enjoying the atmosphere of a beautiful small town of the Ligurian Riviera. You can easily visit Portofino, the CinqueTerre, Genoa and other nearby towns such as Santa Margherita Ligure and Camogli.

The apartment is furnished with: fridge, dishwasher, toaster and nescafe machine, bathtub, air conditioning, HD TV, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer and a small oven, in addition, of course, everything you need for cooking.
You will also find a couple of bookcases with tourist guides, travel and sea books and novels in Italian and some also in English

When you get out of the apartment, on your right you will find the market square and on your left via Mazzini, the high street with all its nice shops. If you pass the shops and keep walking straight, after 50 mt you will find yourself on the beautiful promenade by the sea, one of the most beautiful of the Riviera, with its historic buildings, restaurants and bars. In the middle of the promenade, it is possible to find the pier with ferries that can take you directly to Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, San Fruttuoso, Camogli, Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and Genova (Acquarium). If you walk until the end of the promenade you will reach the characteristic castle dating back to the 16° Century where art exhibitions are always organized. On both sides of the promenade there are private and public beaches with bars and restaurants, whereas if you turn right when you leave the apartment you can walk to the train and bus station for any other destination.

We came up from Rome on the train and found our cozy apartment not far from the train station. As older visitors negotiating the spiral staircase with our luggage was a challenge. But it added to the charm of the apartment. It was a great location not far from the bus stop nor from the bay. A short walk along the waterway brought us to all sorts of restaurants and shops. When we got ready to leave on Saturday there was a large race and people were everywhere. Very eventful day. We would stay here again if we ever get a chance to revisit Italy.

Perfect home base to explore the Italian Riviera
Apartment is cozy and has everything you you need for a comfortable stay. 5-star location. You are in the heart of Rapallo which was a perfect base for us to explore Cinque Terre in the south and Portofino in the north. Both can be done very easily. The apartment is a stone’s throw from the train station (less than 2mins away) and right in the heart of town, which is buzzing and charming. Emanuele was super responsive, generous and warm. He is full of local knowledge and had some great food recommendations for us throughout our visit. We really enjoyed our time here!

The Apartment is perfect! It‘s not that big but for 3 the space is enough. It‘s very modern and the location is more than perfect! Out of the house you are in the centre of Rapallo, 3 min. you reach the first beach, it‘s little and sandy. You can walk about 6min. on the lungo mare and reach a bigger Beach without sand which is much more comfortable. When you go to Rapallo this apartment is the perfect choice!
