Always a great place to have a holiday!
We love staying here, most especially in the villas. We come once a year and always have a great time! I love the renovations! The only bad comment would be that the couch in our lounge area wasn't the cleanest and that was the only detracting factor.

The check-in was smooth, baggage delivered immediately and shown all the facilities. We were upgraded to an executive suite which was lovely, i could use the lounge for work whilst wife could relax. The spacious balconies were amazing one with garden & pool view which lit up at night was stunning and the other had beach and sea view where we relaxed after a beach walk. The pools were unfortunately extremely busy so unable to relax there and enjoy. Overall a good stop with excellent service

Nice place, confortable rooms, many pools and a beach perfect for children, very calm sea. Not so good: food really overpriced, about 100€ simple dinner for 2... (5 minutes taxi ride can take you to mall or local restaurants at acceptable prices); be aware of mosquitoes in the area, a serious problem, and we didn't saw them doing nothing like fumigating or so...

On several days there were no beach towels available which meant we could not use the pool or beach. This is completely unacceptable for what is meant to be a 5 star hotel. Staff could not help and just told us to return every hour to check for towels, unbelievable. Food very expensive and not very good. Would not return.

Ideally located, excellent beach and very good swimming pool. Well co opertive and friendly staff . Every thing was fine but at the breakfast time there was bad smell from the cutlery which spoiled the whole fun of breakfast.

The property is very nice with a great staff/service ... very helpful and great attitude. The front office manager, Sabri Chouaib did a great job with us when we were checking in and addressed minor concerns that I had that could have escalated in major ones. Only areas to improve is they need to do something about the mosquitoes and there was never enough tools available when we asked. A great place and will go back again

Beautiful property but disappointing service
The property was very beautiful . But the service in and around the pool was terrible . There is no separate kids menu ? The toilets around the pool area around the beach club were very dirty ! There was no beach toys for the kids on the beach .. which is a norm at most 5star hotels . The frequency of buggies between the rooms and restaurants was very poor .. which made getting around difficult . The staff in the breakfast restaurant was very good in stark contrast .. particularly “Dimple” who was very courteous and hard working . The staff in the tree house were very good with the kids !

It’s like a little piece of heaven. I went there to get away from everything just for the day and it was lovely. Just the right amount of staff presence and everyone perfectly trained. When I need another decompression day, I’ll go here for sure!

4 times I requested no feather in bedding due to very bad allergies. When booked, called twice and at check in. STILL this could not be done and the first 3 hours of my wedding anniversary was making multiple calls and waiting for house keeping to change this. Even our room service dinner went cold waiting for them to turn up.

The Maarid Restaurant food was not good. The food selection was poor. It seemed that there had been some food there from the breakfast buffet such as the cheeses and salads, which may be common but the food didn’t seem fresh. The main course selection was barely appetizing. The dessert choices were normal but did not taste very well. I hoped the breakfast would be better but it wasn’t. The scrambled eggs seemed more of a thick, creamy soup. The croissants needed a steak knife to cut through them. The layout was also confusing and the signs of each dish were extremely small. I know it’s not that hard to find food but they split things into an odd way. For example, the “scrambled” eggs were on one side of the room and the hard boiled eggs, which should have been next to them, were across on the other side of the buffet. I know these seem minimal but there’s an aesthetic to make things flow better.

As always A Hilton Guest experience is matched by its standards of services and products. On a separate note I would like to suggest to management to maintain a closer look at the front desk flow of service as failed communication between front desk and housekeeping staff caused some inconvenience in room not being cleaned, extended booking not being processed and agreed upon rates not being shown in system as well. Take this away and as I said a habitual Hilton experience Thank you
