Venez séjourner dans une belle bâtisse qui fût anciennement une gare, totalement rénovée, à l’orée de la forêt des Landes. Elle est constituée par un rez-de-chaussée et un étage, totalement indépendante, située à proximité d’une route peu passagère.
Location idéale pour 6 adultes + 2 enfants + 1/2 bébés.
Terrain privatif clos de 2 hectares boisé. 2 terrasses dont 1 couverte (35m²) avec store déroulant. Barbecue fixe fonctionnel.

Gîte non fumeur. 1 seul animal domestique accepté. Gîte sans wifi.

Sur place : Piscine privée 11m x 4m prof : 1.50m avec pédiluve, échelle et alarme de sécurité. Portique. Ping-pong. Boulodrome. Ouverture piscine : D'avril à Août.

A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).

Très agréable location. Environnement boisé agréable.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable (soleil et chaleur en plus). La maison est très bien fournie (il ne manque rien). Le + : l'accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire (par téléphone) et de Célia. Le - : la présence dans une maison voisine d'un chien attaché ou en cage qui aboie chaque soir. Certains cris laissent supposer de mauvais traitements. A VOIR ....
