Como Recife tem uma deficiência de hotéis 4/5 estrelas decidi experimentar o Novotel Marina Arrependimento total . Não tem receptivo para ajudar com as malas , recepção sempre cheia com pessoal mal treinado , quartos pequenos e sem cofre , café da manhã bom mas espaço e pequeno … não recomendo

Tem muito a melhorar.
Relativamente bom, infraestrutura maravilhosa, arquitetura linda, o hotel está bem novo, café da manhã razoável, a piscina é o melhor de tudo, porém, estava podre no fim de semana e na segunda foi fechada. Esperava mais do hotel.

Hotel bom, mas precisa organizar o atendimento.
O hotel é bem moderno, com tudo novinho e de muito bom gosto! O quarto é pequeno, mas atende. O rooftop é bem agradável, com uma vista linda e uma piscina aquecida maravilhosa. Café da manhã bem variado, com recreação infantil. As crianças se divertiram muito e pudemos tomar café em paz. Pontos negativos: check in com grande fila, super demorado, só liberaram a entrada do meu quarto as 15h. Dois elevadores sem funcionar, apenas um operante e o hotel lotado. Eu e meu marido jantamos no restaurante do térreo, mas os pratos não estavam muito saborosos. Pedi um polvo que estava com muito gosto de queimado e meu marido pediu uma lagosta que custava 180,00 e veio meia lagosta!!! E o pior de todos: reservei um quarto quádruplo e me deram um duplo, pois, apesar de ter a cama de casal e duas bicamas, elas não estavam forradas e não tinha toalhas para as 4 pessoas. Cheguei as 22:30 no quarto após o jantar, com meus dois filhos dormindo e tive essa surpresa. Ao acionar a recepção ainda esperei 30-40 minutos para que chegasse uma camareira para arrumar. Me senti lesada!

O hotel é muito bonito, suíte executiva pequena mas muito aconchegante, área da piscina agradável, ótimo atendimento da Kátia. Café da manhã excelente. No Serviço de Room service o telefone não atende, há um aplicativo para fazer o pedido que não funcionou, tive que descer para o restaurante. No lobby bar, os drinks feitos por Bruna, totalmente sem luvas, ela manuseou dinheiro e não lavou as mãos para o preparo dos mesmos. O atendimento do bar do lobby necessita de higiene e profissionalismo. Não há mensageiro na recepção. Nós próprios subimos nossas malas.

Fiz uma reserva para família (casal + 2 crianças) o quarto não estava preparado para tal, nenhum enxoval nem as toalhas. Tive que solicitar 5 vezes para que chegassem. A fila do check in era gigante. Falta de estrutura para tal. Hotel novo, bonito, porém o serviço péssimo. Mas, assim muito péssimo. O rooftop a pessoa tinha que ir no bar pegar as bebidas pq não tinha gente suficiente para o serviço. Foi uma infeliz experiência. Serviço péssimo Estrutura perfeita

QUARTOS PEQUENOS E RECEPÇÃO DEMORADA
Hotel novo mais precisa fazer alguns ajustes: recepção muito pequena o que demora demais para fazer o atendimento e de forma muito desconfortável; café da manhã simples comparado a outros outros da categoria e com poucas mesas de comida por exemplo: se ficar na parte inicial do salão terá que andar o salão todo para buscar bebidas, sugestão que tenha mais ilhas. Por fim: quarto minúsculo, compatível com rede de hotéis simples e como enxoval bem simples. Por fim serviço de concierge inoperante, precisamos fazer um reserva e falaram que não faziam. Emfim, hotel tem tudo para se tornar um bom hotel mais precisa melhorar.

Chegamos no hotel logo no check-in estava desorganizado, enfim entramos no quarto solicitei algo e nao consegui depois de passar 25 minutos no telefone, subimos ate a piscina ,uma verdadeira muvuca ,cabare de quinta e pouco ,pedi uma bebida e uma agua de coco o whisk veio a agua depois de uns 15 minutos disseram que nao tinha ,entao disse que iria pedir no aplicativo so para desmoralizar, pedimos um petisco veio depois de 1 hora e 20 minutos e frio. descemos a recepçao para reclamaçao a atende justificou que o hotel estava cheio ,e eu falei que nao tinha nada com isso ,quem nao tem capacidade nao recebe hospede e outros eventos, Por fim fomos acertar as contas, ai o BICHO PEGA, debitaram no meu cartao um valor de diaria que nao tinha sido contratada (A MAIOR) despesas que nao tinha sido consumidas. POR FIM SO RESOLVI (ACREDITO) CASO NAO TENHA SIDO VOU COLOCALOS NA JUSTIÇA. Afinal fui passar um final de semana para comemorar um ano de casado e so tive extresse. FOI MARAVILHOSO , NAO VAO.
