The Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. One of the nicest showers I have ever seem in a hotel.

Nice hotel, but not as pictured
The hotel was nice and comfortable, but not as pictured. My room was supposed to have 2 queens and a pull out couch bed (as pictured). I also called ahead to verify this and they confirmed it would have a pull out bed as well as 2 queen beds. When we got there it only had a chair. I had to pay full price for a 2nd room last minute. I would have booked somewhere else had I known this.

I didn’t like not having water . I know it isn’t anyone’s fault , it’s life . What should have been offered is some kind of discount for not having drinking water . However I was given a bottle of water to brush my teeth . Rm 117 barely has any toilet paper and there was no soap in the dispenser by the sink . I’m thinking if I should come back Tuesday night on the way back through.The other times I stayed there it was a 5 star hotel . Oh it’s just a little breezy and the window isn’t tight so the wind makes a whistling noise . I like this hotel . I just wanted to let you know because I want this hotel to be successful.
