Towels were torn, didn’t get room cleaned and rat droppings in bathroom. No coffee in room and no cream in the lobby. Paid $250 a night- so not worth it.

I was very disappointed in my stay. The room rate was crazy high due to graduation weekend. I booked two rooms seven months in advance with two special requests. I even called five days in advance to see if they could meet my requests. Good thing I called because one request was to have a crib in one room. The other was for connecting rooms. I was told getting my connecting rooms would be a priority but alas connecting rooms weren't available upon check in. Very disappointing - definitely NOT worth $1,000.

The AC in the rooms is ridiculous. Set it to 74 in the living room and it’s like a meat locker in the bedroom. Also, there seems to be more and more maintenance issues each time we go.
