We only stayed overnight on our way home. The cleanliness was a little disappointing. The hallway carpet was pretty dirty. I can tell that it wasn’t vacuumed on a daily basis. We stayed in a premium king bedroom. It was small and cozy for the night except our bedsheets were dirty with some obvious stain. Food was still left in the fridge. Seems like they didn’t clean the place thoroughly.

Arrived after check in and was told rooms were not ready; it would be 15-20 minutes. After 45 minutes I asked for an update and was told I should not have been quoted 15 minutes, it would be over an hour. After some words, I was provided an "upgrade" to a poolside room that was immediately available. I was supposed to receive a free item from the restaurant as a "VIP" through Expedia but was told the restaurant is closed on Sundays because its been slow. I was given voucher for breakfast that I could not use because I was leaving before they served it. The hotel is gross. It has a ton of potential, but need major renovations and better cleaning.

This hotel was filthy and in a state of disrepair. Our first assigned room was missing a 18” window and had an air conditioner hose to a portable unit in our room leaving an open gap that a child could crawl through in or out. We asked for another room because of that and had to pay an extra $20 a night. This room had big gross stains on the bed cover blanket and the shower curtain that smelled like mildew. The bathroom door was falling off its hinges and wouldn’t close correctly. The toilet seat was falling off. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom and no hand towel. A big stain on the ceiling in the bedroom and a slider that was nearly impossible for a very strong man to open. The staff was quite friendly however they were apathetic about the disrepair of the room. The breakfast girl was lovely and we enjoyed the pool but towels were not stocked.

The priperty seems old and outdated. There is an "old smell" about it. The staff was friendly. The air conditioner didnt work properly in our room as in we were freezing! It was like the thermostat wasnt working. We ask someome and they showed uscthe adjustments but it went back to freezing again. Also the walls were quite then as we could hear every conversation in the hall and noise from the pool area was quite noticeable. The restaurant was closed so we couldn't try it. Only stayed one night.

Dog hair all over the upholstered chair I tried to clean it off, lift it up the cushion. It was so filthy looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and several years . The door going from the exterior to the hallway was not secured so anyone could enter. The front desk did send someone to fix it, but by 8 AM the next morning I went out there was no security for it. It was unlocked again.

The staff member who helped when I checked out was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The problem was with the complimentary breakfast. I was told when I checked in that breakfast was from 9am-11am. We got down there at 10am and everything was already cleaned up and put away. There was nothing.
