The Space:
This is a characterful Cornish cottage that has undergone a tasteful and elegant renovation. Inside, you'll discover stone walls and stunning sash windows. The kitchen and dining area has a beautiful butler sink, as well as plenty of appliances and space to entertain 5 guests. Next door, the cosy living room is decorated in calming blues and whites, and there's ample seating to snuggle up on cooler evenings.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms; one spacious double room, a second double and a third bedroom with a single. There is a light and bright family bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The garden is an idyllic spot for reading and relaxing, there are vast views of the Cornish countryside, a picnic bench beneath the apple tree and a BBQ for alfresco dining. Just 5 minutes drive from Portreath Beach, this is the perfect cottage for a Cornish getaway.
Dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or upstairs.

The Neighborhood:
The cottage is located in the small village of Voguebeloth in north-east Cornwall. Within 5 minutes you can drive to Portreath, a life-guarded beach that is popular with surfers. There are 2 surf shops close-by, as well as an array of independent cafes, bakeries and restaurants. The village also has three pubs, one of which overlooks the harbour and a smaller cove. You can also reach the National Trust's Godrevy within 15 minutes, which has a gorgeous sandy beach and crystal clear waters. The popular town of St Ives is just a 30 minute drive away, where there is the iconic Tate museum plus lots of lovely eateries and shops.
Getting Around:
If you get to the property by car, there is free on street parking outside and in the surrounding streets.
If you are taking public transport, the house is accessible via Great Western Railway trains running from London Paddington to Redruth. The house is just a 7 minute drive from the station or you can get a bus.
The nearest airport is in Newquay, around 45 mins - 1 hours drive. There is both car rental and taxis available here that can get you to the house.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: the woodburner is not functional and is for decorative purposes only.
There is side access to the garden, which is beneficial for surf boards and muddy dogs! The side passage is shared with the next door neighbours who may infrequently require access.
