Great clean stay.
Nice place that seemed renovated recently. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Clean shower with a glass door. No curtain lol. Thermostat on the wall that’s easy to use. Great place at a great price point. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We heard loud footsteps and occasional banging from the room above literally all night. Slept terribly. You may not have the same problem (no idea what was going on up there) but don’t expect good sound isolation from your neighbors. Bed was ok but felt a bit past its prime. Lighting was an awful grim blue. Might be ok for a work space but terrible for trying to wind down before bed. Towel had a small hole. Shampoo and soap dispensers in shower were flimsy and parts fell off and needed to be put back if you weren’t very careful to use one hand to hold the top hinge in place.

Good but not Great
Really wanted to love this place, ended up liking it ok and will look elsewhere in the future. It is very well taken care of as the property and rooms showed good and frequent attention. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay and ranks up there with a lot of the medium-priced chain hotels I've stayed at in the last couple years. The walls are thin and i could hear conversations and someone snoring in the middle of the night next door. Bring earplugs. Can't put fan on continuous run mode to drown out the road and people noise. Staff was decent, friendly and helpful. I had no trouble parking in the lot for 2 of the 3 nights I stayed, 1 night there were no extra spaces as a delivery/moving truck was given about 10 spaces. I got the last available spot.

Nice stay
The room was nice with a good shower and fridge with a freezer and microwave. One negative was that the internet disconnected every time we closed our device so we had to log back in. The parking spaces are small and large suvs sometimes took up two places but we had no problem finding a spot in our Prius. Breakfast was very good with different egg and potato choices every day.

The Front desk young lady when we first registered was very professional very customer service oriented. However the Mae Front desk person on Saturday and Sunday was not friendly and in fact was rude. The breakfast Lady was very nice and professional and other staff on the property were nice and accommodating. Great Experience

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, but show some age. I had trouble with respiratory congestion from poor air quality (mold? Dust ? Stale A/C filter? Not sure). Breakfast is very good and staff attentively refilling everything. Maids did a great job

I wished I had discovered this hotel sooner! I’ve stayed 3 times in the area somewhere else and they can’t compete with this hotel. Staff incredible! Comfort incredible! Breakfast wonderful! If I need a hotel again in the Atherton area this hotel is where I will stay.

Beds were comfortable. Strangely there were 2 phones in the room but neither worked. I had to use my cell phone in order to call the front desk for anything. Also I mentioned I had a broken blind. They said they would send maintenance to fix it but never did. Breakfast was ok- a few hot items but definitely not continental. A good place to lay your head down for a few nights but will choose somewhere closer to my destination next time. Also, beware there is no elevator!
