Front desk staff (especially Antoinette) are efficient, helpful and patient. What disappointed me was, i couldn’t use the pool or hot tub due to hordes of screaming hockey children, and couldn’t even use the hot tub later because the pool area closes at 10:00. So we paid for a pool i couldn’t use.

The hotel has paper thin walls so we were subject to the people above us having loud sex all night. We even we had the tv turned on we could hear the loud screams and moans. You could also hear people in other units peeing and then flushing the toilet. Besides the noise the hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

There was no one at the front desk for ten minutes when we tried to check in. There were brown stains on the mattress cover that looked like poop. And hair in the bathtub. The pool area is falling apart the rubber floor is peeling off and breaking everywhere. When we were swimming there where no towels. I went out to the front desk to ask for towels and had to wait 10 minutes again for someone to be at the front desk it was a ghost town. Then they said they don’t have clean towels they were in the dryers. There was not enough breakfast for the people in the hotel. Had to wait 45 minutes to actually get food. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced.

Breakfast is fantastic but...
Booked this hotel for a family weekend away. Pleasantly surprised to see it being renovated, definitely needed, but nothing was intrusive and there wasn't any noticeable work being done. Just good results of the effort. Breakfast was awesome, staff were super accommodating, hot food in addition to the regular self serve options was a real plus. It's not just a dig here, but almost every hotel since the vid, but no daily hospitality service is really getting to be a bother. Room was decently clean, but not overly scrubbed by any means, but the real kicker is even though we're only there for 2 nights, we had to put up with garage bins not emptied, no fresh towels, shower that didn't drain properly, etc. Part of the reason we stay in hotel versus an Airbnb is really the extra service we should get. Price hasn't gone down but the cleaning isn't getting done. Really frustrating. This isn't just this establishment but all hotels it just unfortunately brings down our score in this review. Plus point is this location is very easily accessible if coming or going on the east end of Regina. Lots of amenities and easy access.

The stay was just okay
Bathroom was not clean, there was a used dryer sheet on the bathroom floor. Booked a room with 2 queen beds but the beds were really small. The food at breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

I enjoyed my stay, rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. The only downside was the pool. There is nowhere to sit to watch your kids, and the pool deck had this rubber flooring over it, which was flaking off and getting into the pool, on towels, ect. Im not sure if/how they would be able to clean it properly.
