I really loved the fact that the facility was clean and there was easy and accessible parking. Most of the staff were very friendly and nice. I didn't like that I reported my door to the deck did not lock several times, and nothing was done about it. I had to carry my pocketbook everywhere with me. Glad to say that nothing was touched in our room. For my first time, I will rate my stay 94 out of a 100. Although I didn't like the $100 hold and definitely not the $30 destination fee. Please explain, what is the purpose of that fee?

I was unaware how new the hotel was until our stay, but needless to say, our stay was incredible! Everything was amazing, down to the free soaps in the room. My ONLY complaint, truly, is that even though everything was so luxurious feeling, the toilet paper was GOD AWFUL! Basically tissue paper.

We stayed in room 251. It was no power on the bedside table outlets. So we had to use the outlets under the TV. Also, it was no sofabed as advertised so they had to bring one to our room. When I called the front desk to let them know about it they said it was no maintenance person available. Our stay was August 3-5, 24. Outside of that the hotel is new the pools are amazing. And the arcade was a plus for the kids.
