DESCRIPTION
Charming cottage (label gîte de France) well appointed with full foot access, airlock with independent entrance and small private terrace with view on the meadows, garden furniture, parasol.
Parking in front of the property. It is suitable for a holiday clientele who wishes to visit the south of Alsace, the Vosges or for professionals for fairs and events in the region.
Weekend rental 110 euros or short stay possible.
In winter, floor heating ensures the comfort of the cottage.
It consists:
- a private entrance,
- a clear and bright bedroom with wardrobe, TV, 1.40 m bed (sheets and pillowcases provided), bedside tables.
- a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, hob and oven, electric coffee maker, electric robot, pressure cooker and washing machine.
- a bathroom with shower, wc and sink.

SITUATION
The cottage is located at the entrance to the hilly village of Reiningue which has one of the oldest monasteries in Alsace still alive today: the Abbey of Oelenberg (around 2 km from the property). A supervised body of water in the village will make you happy in summer. Reiningue is located approximately 7 km from Mulhouse West, near the University of Haute Alsace (UHA).
The gîte can be the starting point on foot or by bike for walks near the river: the Doller as well as towards the abbey and the lake in the village.
Its privileged location close to the motorway junction makes it a starting point for going to Mulhouse (10 mm), Basel (25 mm), Freiburg (40 mm) and Colmar (30 mm).
Mulhouse, city of prestigious museums, with in particular the Automobile Museum which shelters the most beautiful and the largest collection of cars in the world, the Museum of Fine Arts, Printing on Fabrics, the Railway Museum and Electropolis.
In the immediate vicinity of I Mulhouse and Reiningue the Museum of Wallpaper, the Bioscope, the Ecomuseum (authentic living Alsatian village), La Nef aux Jouets etc. ....
Located near the Vosges (30 mm) you can ski, hike in summer and visit the site of the 1st World War Hartmannswillerkopf, the Linge Memorial, etc.
The wine route will allow you to discover the villages of Riquewihr, Obernai, Kaysersberg, the castles of Haut koenigsbourg, Hohlandsbourg, etc… and to taste our magnificent Alsace wines.
Many mountain farmers' markets, the festival of mixed gardens in Wesserling enliven life in Alsace.
Many sounds and lights are organized in Alsace.
Europapark, a large German amusement park will delight young and old.
At the end of November and December many Christmas markets light up towns and villages
from Alsace and expect many visitors. Stay: 0.85 euros per night and per person for the community of municipalities + 0.09 euros for the department per person and per night.
