DO NOT get sucked into this hotelā€™s low prices, seemingly nice rooms from their photos, and ā€œgood reviewsā€. The room was full of bugs and it looked nothing like the pictures they have on here where the room actually looked pretty nice. The food was absolutely horrible, I didnā€™t even want to eat it. Then upon checkout, the receptionist chased us out to our taxi and said, ā€œthe hand towel count does not match our records, please tell me where is the other hand towelā€. My wife and I were shocked! First of all, nobody would take a hand towel from that dirty room. Second of all, that is not how you handle that situation even if one was missing. In the end, the cleaning lady checking the room found the other hand towel and we were ā€œfree to goā€, as the receptionist said. As if we were in prison!? Iā€™m giving this hotel 2 stars instead of the 1 that it deserves just because the pool actually has a pretty cool view of the volcano.

I honestly did not want to leave this hotel, it really is an amazing getaway from the hustle and bustle in other areas of Bali. Wow, this place is a gem! The views are breathtaking, the service and staff are exceptional, the pool is wonderful, and the restaurant has a variety of options that were delicious. I have stayed all over Bali and this was my favorite place! The people there really make you feel like home and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Only 10min to Besakih temple and they can schedule shuttle service for you. If you want to check out the night market for some Balinese traditional food (the BBQ tuna skewers were so yummy), itā€™s only a ten minute walk away. Book your stay with the view and you wonā€™t be disappointed! Thank you Tapa Agung!

En terme de qualitĆ© de service et dā€™hĆ©bergement, cā€™est lā€™un des meilleurs que nous ayons fait sur Bali. Lā€™hĆ“tel est trĆØs bien entretenu, les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes. La vue sur le Mont Agung est incroyable par temps dĆ©gagĆ©. Lā€™endroit est calme et paisible, idĆ©al pour un peu de repos. Le restaurant sur place, avec le dĆ®ner et le petit dĆ©jeuner sont de trĆØs bonnes qualitĆ©s. Le seul bĆ©mol est le manque de lieu dā€™intĆ©rĆŖt ou dā€™activitĆ© dans les alentours. Le temps nā€™Ć©tait pas clĆ©ment lors de notre sĆ©jour, nous ne savions pas vraiment comment nous occuper. Nous y avions sĆ©journĆ© 2 jours, ce qui Ć©tait suffisant pour trouver un peu de repos aprĆØs de longues journĆ©es de visite sur Ubud.
